Richer Sounds Watford provided exemplary customer service. I contacted the store prior to purchase in order to clarify the details of the TV's available, to which the staff were very helpful and provided useful information in order to help me with my decision. On purchase, the staff ensured a seamless process and accurately delivered the TV on the date it was requested. Overall, the staff were kind, friendly and patient ensuring a positive customer experience.

Heather was extremely helpful and efficient when I called to see when my Sonos Sub Mini was going to arrive for collection. She was not in the store when I collected the Sub Mini, and the other members of staff present were also really helpful and efficient.

Sales person Lloyd was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions and was courteous.
He provided unbiased information that helped me to decide which TV to buy. Also purchased another item a week before Christmas but then I changed my mind and returned it upon receipt of delivery with no questions asked.

On top of that there was a price drop on Boxing day and again provided price difference credit on phone without any quibble and without having to go to the shop again.

I phoned the Watford branch to find out if the article we wanted was in stock. The phone was answered promptly and I was told it was. We then drove to the branch, parked in their parking space, there was plenty of helpful and knowledgeable staff, the speaker we wanted was demonstrated to us, all in all a pleasant buying experience.
