My electrician was on time and kept me fully informed re his arrival
He took care in my home and worked systematically to find a fault an a complex wiring system. He made sure he had fixed the problem and the price charged was fair. Would reccomend.

Plumber arrived as arranged and was a friendly competent person who completed the repair efficiently and tidied up after himself.

Although the repair to a disconnected overflow pipe from my sink and washing machine was a fsirly simple matter it was something that I couldn't deal with myself and was causing much inconvvrnience. The repair was done and extra clips added to make sure the pipe remains secure. The plumber was very polite and efficient in his work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Requested a callout to fix a leak, plumber turned up and looked at it for 10 mins then I was charged £400 and he didn’t even do anything. Left the house and I still had a leak. They take your card details up front and charge you whatever they want. Plumber lied about how long he was there when I have evidence he left after 15 mins. Have tried numerous times to get my money back but nobody cares or calls me back. Disgusting company. I would call this daylight robbery!!! Disgraceful!!!!!

Very professional, explained costs up front & monitoring of hourly rate. Notified when plumber was on way, & job completed quickly.
2 part job, to remove radiator for increased access for buiders to rear of house ; which will follow up for refitting

You were quick to contact us and offered what I thought was a fair price to come out and sort out our leaking outside tap. The engineer quickly indentified that a new tap was required which he fitted inside the minimum call out hour. There wasn't a problem i phoned in the morning and the engineer was out the same day, the engineer was very professional and very respectful in my home

The job was a simple kitchen tap replacement. £120 for the first hours work and then the price increases incrementally. 1 hour 20 minutes later and a bill for £550, my mum's new kitchen tap was installed! This company preys on people who they know possibly don't have another option, or know any other trades people. Daylight robbery and avoid them at all cost, because it will be a massive cost if you don't.

What a great company, good price & fantastic staff. The engineer that came round and serviced our boiler and also the staff on the phones are all professional and polite. I would rate them and recommend them to friends and family.
