RJ Living Reviews

I purchased a bed frame from RJ Living eight months ago and was told at the time of purchase that it would be delivered within 12 weeks. Eight months later, I am still waiting.

A bed frame is an essential household item, and it has been incredibly frustrating having to follow up almost every week just to get an update. Their customer support has also been rude, unhelpful and disappointing throughout the process.

This has been a terrible experience. Anyone considering purchasing from RJ Living should be very cautious about their promised delivery timeframes and the level of after-sales support they may receive.

I can’t seem to update my previous review to let you know the order has been delayed again?! Now onto my 4th delay, and moving onto 3 months of waiting. No response from RJ Living despite me contacting them directly and them commenting on my previous review stating they would reach out.

Great quality furniture and easy to assemble too. Looks really good in my sunroom.

Great experience, the staff were incredibly helpful. The delivery was seamless.

I love my new bed. It arrived in a short amount of time, is excellent quality and looks just like I imagined!

Shipping was expensive .. Glad the shelf matches the rest of my bedroom furniture though, which i bought from here a couple years ago.
Not too bad for the price.

So easy to deal with RJ Living and funiture is great quality.

Very simple ordering process, good communication, lovely piece of art

A beautiful rug at a great price, I have seen elsewhere for more money. It’s the perfect size and is amazing quality, would highly recommended.

This couch is great, very comfy and looks lovely. The only issue is that the modules don’t connect so if you have it on floor boards they can slide apart over time. We fixed this by buying connectors and attaching them underneath. Other than that, it’s exactly what we wanted.

RJ living is always a great shopping experience, delivery was fast and easy. Very happy!

I’ve been wanting to buy this cushion for ages and was so happy to find it on sale at RJ Living. Super easy online purchase and delivery.

Most comfortable sofa and best customer service.

Quality and stylish products delivered with care and ease.
This time a gorgeous little ottoman to suit a dressing table - great product delivered promptly and carefully - thank you again

We bought the Muse TV Unit from the Sydney showroom on a Saturday, and it was delivered the following Thursday.

The TV unit has a simple design, but it has a unique charm and seems to become more beautiful every day I look at it. The finish is smooth and soft to the touch, and it arrived fully assembled, which made the whole process completely hassle-free compared to other flat-pack furniture.

We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, timeless TV unit.

Make sure what you sit on in store is super comfortable, as I’ve found they put the comfiest version possible in the showroom. Lead times can also be longer than quoted on site with zero proactive comms. But the furniture looks nice.

Loved this tv console unit as it is longer than most and perfect for our space. It is sturdy, well made and a beautiful oak timber.

Stunning side table and at a great price point. RJ team are amazing to deal with.

Absolutely love our new tv unit. Amazing quality and gorgeous design. The customer service I received from Wathana was fantastic. Shipping was also beyond exceptional. Was my first time shopping with RJ living and I was highly impressed overall
