Although the parcel was delayed a little, everyone was very helpful and the product arrived very well packaged.

I've bought components from RL Supplies for a very long time. I am always happy with the quality, service, and price.

Used RL for years now. Staff are knowledgeable and give sound advice even when potentially it loses them a sale. Quite unlike the muppets in the chains on the high street who are given financial incentives to sell you what they have in store and commonly don't know what they are talking about!

While the product itself was fine and eventually worked (there were a few initial times when the camera didn’t accept the card), it was the wrong product and it arrived late (but I’ll put that down to covid although no other (non-RSL) deliveries were delayed). However, the customer service was very good when I called to enquire about the delay.

I ordered something I forget the name of for my son, Which was apparently out of stock basically everywhere I had looked... I was contacted swiftly and told that while the bit I’d ordered was out of stock, more were on their way, & was I happy to continue with the purchase or would I like a refund, seeing as though the part was due in before the 14th dec I decided to go ahead, plenty of time until Christmas, I really appreciated being given the option rather than simply being made to wait and guess when my purchase might arrive. It arrived ahead of time which was brilliant and is now wrapped and waiting to be placed under the Christmas tree 🥰
All in all a great experience shopping with you guys, great customer service, thank you!

Great service and delivery at a great price

The parts I needed at a good price, what more can I ask for?

I created a build plan for a new PC using a website that checks compatibility of the components and then sent that link to RL Supplies, they priced it all up with their suppliers, got the kit in and did the build.
It came in on time and on budget, I'm local to them so one of their guys dropped it in at my place on his way home. I'd definitely recommend them for this kind of job. Easy to get in touch with on the phone, respond to emails quickly.

Truly exceptional experience in buying Cherry MX Board keyboards twice from them. They called in person and made sure that I would receive these well to the Isle of Man. Big thanks!

I required another hard drive for the computer as the current one is almost full I choose RL as I have shopped with them before, their web site is clear and easy to navigate so I found the drive I required ordered and paid on line. I found the whole experience easy and I will certainly choose to use RL again.

RL Supplies called me to apologise for not having any of the items in stock for an order placed on their website the previous afternoon. Only under pressure did they admit to what had happened..... They took an order, confirmed it, charged for it, took the money. AND THEN failed to put the items sold to one side, and sold them to someone else.
They did refund the cost of the order, but that was not the point! They also offered a "similar" product, but it wasn't, and I have gone elsewhere to buy the items required.
The reply by RL Supplies is incorrect. - they had the items in stock when the goods were ordered. They just sold them to someone else instead of putting them to one side - at least that's what I was told by the sales person who called me. They even told at what time they had been sold.

Excellent job. Helped me pick components when the initial ones i wanted weren't available and helped with any issues I ran into while putting it together.
