Ordered a product for collection and called to arrange, to be told it wasn’t in stock, which was annoying. Why did the site let me order it?

A good replacement was provided but it had a European power lead. Luckily I had a spare so didn’t have to go back.

Overall a bit mediocre.

Good price for what I needed but I was delayed because it would appear item not in stock although web site says it was. I then had to wait a few days for stock to arrive. The day passed and no confirmation of back "in stock" so had to email to find out or try cancel for refund and try buy on Amazon Prime.
RL confirmed today and it is already in the post for delivery hopefully tomorrow.
The staff were very helpful and helped me get the item back on track. used them many years ago and glad to see they are still going strong .. will be back and thanks

Richard and the team at RL supplies were essential for helping to maintain our business during Covid-19. Our business relies heavily on IT and they were quick to assist in a professional way whilst carrying out social distancing.

Great company. They are highly skilled technically very knowledgeable about all aspects of IT hardware and software. Great at phone and tablet repairs too. They are a warm and friendly bunch too and fluffy the guard dog is always welcoming too if you visit their premises.

Recently my Laptop for a better word died. The motherboard was dead.
Richard managed to get one and fix it.
Am happy that I can access all my files at a fraction of the cost.
Cannot fault the service provided.

R l is one of the best companies I've had to deal with in many years the service is just unbelievable their technical knowledge excellent they have helped me so many times with technical issues and giving me amazing value on pricing and delivery especially when dealing with charitable institutions. Everyone at RL is so helpful. You will not get a better service anywhere else.

There is not too much to say. I made an online purchase and opted to pick it up as I needed it sooner than the delivery could guarantee. I went to their unit , called from outside and they handed me the item. Job done.
