EXTREMELY GOOD SERVICE! My MacBook Pro was starting to run extremely slow so I took it to RL. The staff where extremely helpful and gave very good advice, Only took them a few days and they done a brilliant job!

I ordered replacement cartridges on line at a price considerably cheaper than my previous supplier. I elected to pay and collect. They rang to tell me they would have to be ordered and again to tell me when they had arrived. No problem when collecting.

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding initially but once the problem had been highlighted it was dealt with & I received my printer within 24 hours. Excellent service, thank you.

I have been buying products from RL Supplies for years and they are superb. You always get a warm welcome and their prices are very competitive. Forget PC World - these people are real experts and very happy to advise customers on their products and what's the best choice to meet their needs. They also do repairs to PCs and mobile phones, and though I have not had to use these facilities so far I would be absolutely confident that they have the comprehensive knowledge to sort out just about any problem.
They have responded very well to the Coronavirus pandemic by providing a very efficient postal service and I ordered an SSD and some RAM, which arrived very well packed by return of post.

Almost brilliant. The only thing that was wrong was that I had to set up an account and they sent my account name and password in plain text back to me in an e-mail.

The website stated my item was in stock yet after a week of waiting for delivery info I emailed them to find out what was happening only to be told they were waiting for delivery. Although when they did receive stock they bumped my delivery upto next day delivery for free. In conclusion website could be better but couldn't complain about the upgraded delivery.

I have been using RLSupplies for many, many years and always found they had good quality stock at reasonable prices - better than those of the large high street retailers.
Even with lockdown I have been able to access items that I need.
Also the technical assistance provided is down to earth. If it is too expensive to repair, then you are advised so.
All of my home desktops have been built by RLSupplies and have never given trouble.

I ordered a cartridge and the next day received an email that my order has been cancelled. This was after looking at various websites and comparing postage etc. So it was frustrating. There was no explanation nor a real email with an apology; just an automated computerized cancellation email.

I just saw your reply. I am shocked at what you have written. The "person" was my mother. I specifically left her phone number in case of delivery issues. She asked me to order the cartridge, and I told her that I had ordered it. I spoke to her after leaving this review, and she didn't tell me to cancel the order, as you wrote, which makes no sense anyway, since you already had cancelled the order without any explanation or apology. Your second reply was even more rude than the first one. I never denied that you called my mother. But how can you say that you cancelled the order " at your mothers request" What a lie ! YOU GUYS cancelled the order for no reason, no explanation, and no apology email. Why on earth would my mother cancel the order ! And if for some mad reason she did, then why would you call her to give her a "full explanation". What a load of nonsense !! Do you always call people that cancel their order to give them an "explanation" ? How can you publicly be so brazen ? Very poor show and lousy PR. Pity there is no option of minus stars. Just admit it. You messed up by not coordinating your stock with your website, which led to all my time wasting, including writing this.

Furthermore - you called her to ask me to remove the review. I just spoke to her, and that is what she told me. Another lie - YOU cancelled the order, then sent me an email. Then I left a bad review. Then you called her to ask her to remove it. That's the truth.
