Rocket remit is great when its working
Rocket remit is great when its working. Now i have to provide a bank statement. Before i had to provide a visa for my partner and a life insurance policy for someome else who needs my attention and help.. a young rape victim in the Philippines. One thing after another. And for the record, i work offshore in a remote area … providing a bank statement is easy for people working 9-5 in an office in Australia… not same here!!

Your chat function is very poor and far too slow responding to urgent problems that need immediate action given the time sensitive nature of remitting money through your service.
The dollar limit per transfer of $A1000 is inadequate and should be increased to at least $A2000
