The transfer did not go through
The transfer did not go through. I had to try again 30 minutes later. It must have been a technical problem. It was not a internet problem as the money was transferred easily into the Rocket Remit account, but could not be sent. I entered the code sent to me but a message in red said it was incorrect. When I returned the main screen the balance was shown as nil, but available balance 150 dollars which is the amount I wished to send. The money was transferred later

I was very sceptical at first because I;ve been burnt sending money through transfer companies before. But you've put my mind at rest over it because you are a very family orientated company. Whereas the other's only think of what they can get out of it. If I had any trouble which I just recently had you's sorted it out very quickly and very afishantly.

Sending money is simple enough....a…
Sending money is simple enough....a method quite unique. It is quick, provided you have enough funds to cover the transfer.
It would be good if your app would hold the transfer in progress, while I top up my funds, but it does not; so I have to start again that transfer again from scratch.
So all is good really.....except that your transfer fee ($5) is about twice what other companies charge; and on top of that, your exchange rate is about 1.5 pesos less than other companies I have seen. So while quick and simple....it is expensive. So I would put other companies ahead of you, just because I think your charges area bit excessive. So I rate you 3 out of 5.
