Highly recommended
I bought three suitcases from Rock and a couple of years later I had an issue with one of them. I reached out to customer service who were wonderful. They were responsive, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I cannot recommend Rock enough. I have certainly become loyal to this brand and will definitely be shopping with them again.

As mentioned over email, we have been having a system error therefore, we have not been receiving replies although this is now fixed. To proceed under warranty, we need images/videos of the fault, however we have not received these from you.

Once you had informed us of the issue we sent your order back out as soon as possible on a 24H service to ensure it was resolved promptly and asked you to keep an eye on the delivery updates via their website as this would be the most up-to-date information however the same issue occurred.
Unfortunately, we do not have an alternative solution for this currently however we will keep it in mind for future.

Bought 2 of the vintage suitcases for…
Bought 2 of the vintage suitcases for our wedding. Took them to France and after one flight both had the corners break inwards. We had 2 additional suitcases that were fine. They then offered no solution, it was outside of their warranty as it was ‘international’ travel and we are left with two broken suitcases. Not worth the money. Do not buy.

We are truly sorry that you are not happy with the service you received. As explained over email, luggage can sometimes be damaged by airline baggage handlers. All major airlines have claims procedures in place (and usually a claims desk in the baggage reclaim hall) to deal with this when it happens. Our warranty (which can be viewed on our website) covers manufacturing faults and defects, but this does not extend to accidental damage or damage caused by mishandling. I am sorry that your cases were damaged after one flight - that is really unfortunate. But if a suitcase is dropped from a height or crushed, for example, it can be damaged in the same way whether it is the first or hundredth time it is used. If you notice your luggage has been damaged when you pick it up off the carousel, the best course of action is to make a claim straight away while you are at the airport. Although it is worth noting that many airlines do also accept claims submitted subsequently and we can help with providing a supporting letter if needed.
