Communication with Customer Service was brilliant. The Vintage Case is gorgeous.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Suitcase appears to be good, but not used it yet.

This was the 3rd purchase of Rock luggage, but the first direct order. Ordering was simple, it was dispatched quickly and when the carrier routed it incorrectly, they quickly sorted it out. The cases are fantastic and we now have the full set - Large, medium and small.

This is a gift the person chose herself, she doesn't have it yet

I purchased a suitcase from Rock and it was a really nice product. I ended up having an issue with it however when I contacted Rock about the problem, Courtney was extremely helpful and got a replacement suitcase sent out to me. The warranty is really good.

Quality products and reliable service.

First of all speed of delivery! came within 2 days of ordering. There was a slight issue with an internal insert no having a strap sewn on. Was a slight delay in getting a response to my in issue but that was due to an internal it problem. Once contact was made and dealt with quickly and very well! In fact the whole case was replaced when there was no need! The case itself is fantastic! such solid construction and i wont be missing that bright yellow on the luggage belt!! Big shout out to Courtney for all her help!

My suitcase had only been used twice and on the second usage a chip of the hard shell had come away from the case when I spoke to customer service I was told it was wear and tear and that was after just 2 usage.I felt customer care dept just didn't care.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Rock Luggage. Both suitcases I received arrived damaged with noticeable aesthetic defects, which was frustrating given the expectation of receiving brand-new products.
To make matters worse, communication was poor. After raising the issue, I experienced a lengthy delay before receiving a response, only to be told there had been a system error preventing them from receiving tickets and replies. While I appreciate the apology and acknowledgement of the problem, it added unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
To resolve the issue, Rock Luggage offered a refund of just £10.45 for the damage. Considering I paid for brand-new suitcases that arrived in an unacceptable condition, I found this offer inadequate and not reflective of the inconvenience or disappointment caused.
Although the company stated they take pride in their quality standards and would investigate how the damage was missed, this should have been identified before the items were dispatched. Customers should not have to deal with damaged products and then be offered what feels like a token gesture to resolve the issue.
Overall, the experience has been disappointing, and I hope Rock Luggage improves its quality control and customer service processes to prevent the same issues happening to others.

Great company to deal with. Had an issue whereby I had missed the opportunity to add a discount code prior to payment. Informed customer services who refunded the amount straight away without issue or further discussion.
