AMAZING !!! - from a frequent traveller
I bought this suitcase expecting to have to bin it after my trip and use warranty for a new one because of the price point but boy was I proved wrong! I dragged this suitcase through the cobblestone streets of Greece and she survived and persevered and stayed gorgeous. Such a beautiful hot magenta pink colour and have gotten so many compliments!!!

Faulty suitcase
Had a large Rock suitcase that I had bought from Tesco but had Rocks 15 Year guarantee and after 3 years the cloth handles of both sides of the case had started to tear and fray from the suitcase. I got in direct touch with Rock and within 3 working days of contacting customer services a very nice lady named Courtney was very helpful and within a couple of days of communicating a new suitcase was being dispatched to me. Courtney's emails was always very lovely customer service. I would 💯 recommend Rock and I will definitely buy suitcases from them again should I need one. Many thanks Courtney for all your help and replacing the suitcase so promptly.

Bought a small Rock suitcase from TKMaxx and the quality is dreadful. Before I’d even used it and had unzipped the case the zip was already coming away from the case. Then the handle refused to go up without you yanking it as hard as you could. I’m on the 4th use and I had to rip the zip entirely off the case by its seams to be able to get it open. Totally my own fault for buying it from TKMax and stupidly losing the receipt so couldn’t return it🤦♀️

Excellent customer service!
Had an issue with handle not being able to expand whilst on holiday. Logged the fault using Rock website and was contacted by Courtney in customer service regarding the issue which after a few emails/pictures/video resulted in her sending me a replacement handle with instructions how to fit.
Her customer service was excellent from start to finish!! A company whose warranty actually is genuine! Highly recommend as a result.

Damaged Suitcase
I contacted the Rock customer service portal in relation to a broken zip/lock on a large case I purchases in October 2024.
I received an email from Courtney today who explained that she would be sending out a replacement by courier once a delivery charge was paid and confirmation of my delivery address. This was a smooth & efficient process after an ordeal at the retailer that I purchased from. Thank you for amazing staff Rock but most important a massive shout out to Courtney.
