I was able to speak to a live human being about my enquiry, which is unusual and brilliant these days!And what a star Kevin is. Nothing was too much trouble. He even called me back rather than just send an e mail following my second enquiry.
As a result I was happy to place an order to replace our previous Rock cases which we are only changing as they are so old and need updating.

I’ve always been impressed with ROCK suitcases. They combine excellent design, quality and durability with great value, making them ideal for regular travel.

What really sets ROCK apart, however, is their customer service. After a wheel was damaged in transit, I contacted the team to ask about a replacement. Tessa was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to source the spare part, allowing me to bring my suitcase back to life rather than replace it.

Thanks to her help, the suitcase is now ready for a very special trip—taking my grandchildren on their very first overseas summer holiday.

It’s refreshing to find a company that not only makes quality products but also genuinely stands behind them. Highly recommended.

Rock were brilliant. I had a damaged wheel and the team (especially Fal) were so helpful and responsive I was blown away.

I never usually comment on services received but I felt compelled to do so in this case given the ease and speed at which the communications happened and that my issue was resolved.

We recently purchased luggage from Rock, and the buying experience was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the overall customer experience has been very positive.
We haven't had the chance to use the luggage on a trip yet, so we can't comment on its durability or performance. The real test will come once we've travelled with it, but based on our purchasing experience so far, we're very happy and would recommend Rock for their service.

Excellent. Sturdy and handsome luggage. I bought white luggage, with some expectation of scuffs and marks after a few uses- not a blemish.

I'm very satisfied with this product, but I would recommend two improvements. The long handle is a bit loose and tends to wiggle more than it should. It would also be helpful if additional or upgraded parts were available for purchase. Overall, I believe this is an excellent item.

I received the bag i ordered i guess

I have used this suitcase to travel many times over a few years and only some rough airport handling broke a wheel. Due to the long warranty and fantastic support service (Tessa) I had a replacement suitcase delivered within a couple of days. I couldnt have asked for better service.

Retro vanity was out of stock…panicked I contacted Rock and was informed it would be back in stock shortly much to my relief. Impressed with the customer service and it was back in stock by July. Ordered and arrived in less than 24 hrs, fully tracked and well packed. It’s a really decent size vanity case, you could pack loads into it including your straightener and hairdryer. I bought this as a gift for someone to match their luggage but I’m so impressed I’m going to order one for myself.

Managed to find my receipt and claimed as my large case pull along handle had stopped working. Exceptional customer service and quick response resulting in a replacement that arrived within few days of confirming the issue. Courtney was extremely helpful and dealt professionally with the issue. Great to receive such good service.

How marvellous to find a Company that actually seems to want to provide good customer service ! Had a problem with the handle mechanism on a Rock case. Was initially being helped by an employee who I think might have left the Company but Courtney, who took over the query, has been exceptional. Terrific service from Rock and I will definitely be looking to purchase their products in future.
