I like the bag a lot, no problem with zips or strap mount points so far and I filled it to bulging at one point. Easily carried tablet plus lots of stuff inc flip flops and soft shoes.. passport, electricals etc etc. for not a lot of money

I purchased a full set of Navy Blue Parker suitcases in late 2023 in the summer of 2024 the handle snapped. Following months of wrangling Rock sent a replacement handle ( completely wrong colour) finally I got the correct one. Summer 2026 handle once again snapped and the stitching split but this time Rock refused to do anything stating that you can only claim on warranty once in its 15 year term. Customer service is awful they take weeks to respond I will never buy Rock ever again the quality is obviously sub standard.

Very pleased with my Cabin bag. Stylish, lightweight and roomy. Have recommended Rock Luggage to all my friends for quality, price and warranty. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve had my luggage for 5yrs now, I was amazed with the assistance and help given to me when one of the wheels broke recently. Shout out to Courtney, very responsive and has solved my concern.

I am more than happy with the Rock Cases I’ve got, very durable, aesthetic and worth the money. Plus the customer service I’ve experienced from them as well, superb!

My experience with ROCK was great in so much as the delivery time was very quick. My first choice was a bit on the small side so I returned it (which was easy to do and could be taken to my local post office to scan and send). In the mean time I had ordered a bigger suitcase by capacity and this was much better for me and also came quickly. The refund was also sorted out in average time and I was informed when it had been completed.

Good Quality however not exceptional. Ice Lemon colour very different,and stands out. Easy to wheel and manoeuvre. First one bought at Heathrow in an emergency second one bought direct and it cost £40 less.

The Rock Sunwave luggage is an excellent build quality and does look great. Bought three medium suitcases and the colour options will suit all tastes.

Inside, the partitioning is well thought out to make packing more flexible that the more vanilla types do not offer. Even the the zip compartment is handy for storing loose items. Do recommend.

Quick tracked delivery of suitcase

Beautiful, distinctive, vintage-style suitcase received! I've got compliments about it. I feel my suitcase stands out compared to most others. It's good quality and light. It was sent rapidly too and packaged well. Love it!

I had left an insert for my Rock Alpine case in a hotel abroad and hadn't realised before it was too late to enquire about it at the hotel. In the vein hope of finding a replacement I contacted Rock to ask if they could supply one or let me know where I might be able to source one. An extremely helpful staff member at Rock (Kevin) unbelievably managed to arrange a replacement for me. Not only is the Alpine one of the best cases I have bought the customer service from Rock has been unsurpassed. I doubt if I had the issue with It or Tripp they would have been able to resolve my issue.

The Rock luggage is so practical, very lightweight, well made and wheels run very smoothly on most surfaces. The case looks good and is perfect for us.
The price was fantastic for the quality. Thoroughly recommend for ease of purchase, good communication and excellent products. We, as older people do regular long distance rail travel and this lightweight luggage is just right and comfortable for us to transport our belongings safely and without any strain.

I was very pleased when I received my new medium sized suitcase. However I have used it once to travel abroad and a leather strap has been pulled away from the bottom of the case. Yes I totally understand that airport baggage can be thrown about but this is 1 trip. I’ve contacted Rock who have said it’s the airline fault. I dispute this as I’ve had several suitcases ( cheaper aswell) and none have had any damage to them- I’ve travelled extensively too. So no happy ending here and no I won’t be buying another …….

So I’ve had a reply from Rock saying luggage can be mishandled by airport staff - we all know this!!! I have a Trippsuitcase which has travelled all over the Mediterranean with me and is in good nick still- So I don’t accept this excuse for a Brand New suitcase used only once………not good enough!!!
