Beautiful pink suitcase
Beautiful pink suitcase. I love it so much. Already bought the matching larger one. I was really protective of it in the airport but unfortunately with it being a light colour the scratches were quite noticeable. The price is reasonable. Delivery said it was going to be 5 days but arrived after 2 so was very happy.

Great little suitcase
Great little suitcase. Small and light enough for the budget airlines but roomy and well constructed inside. The four wheels are great and glide well in all directions. The only difficulty I had with them was getting on the tube as they protrude slightly and catch on the edge of the door. Have to remember to lift onto bus /tube with the small handle attached at the top of the suitcase.
The is my second rock suitcase. Was extremely happy with the last one which served me well for several years. Customer service was great when I had to replace a wheel. Would recommend.

cute AND functional!
i ordered the cabin sized gelato suitcase in yellow, and i’m absolutely in love with it!! it’s so sturdy, the wheels make it so easy to move around, the hard shell is smooth and pretty, the striped design inside is so so cute - it overall feels great quality for it’s price (£80). cabin size was perfect because i take a lot of trips via train, and it fits perfectly in overhead storage. it can hold quite a lot too for how small it looks! i’ve just taken it on a week long trip to wales, and it’s served me perfectly. i would defo recommend!!

I had an issue with one of the wheels on my ROCK suitcase and contacted customer service. Courtney was incredibly helpful, professional and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Although the damage wasn’t covered under warranty, ROCK kindly offered me a replacement case as a goodwill gesture.
Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I will definitely be recommending ROCK Luggage to my friends and family. Highly recommended!

Case arrived very quickly. Packaging was OK, could have done with a bit more padding in the box. Case has been great, especially as it expands. Been on a trip involving train travel and was robust enough. Overall seems a good sturdy case.

I bought a Galeto Lemon Ice large…
I bought a Galeto Lemon Ice large suitcase through Ryman, and unfortunately, it got badly scratched on its very first trip, possibly due to the way airlines handle luggage. While the suitcase is still functional, the surface has become heavily scratched and looks awful after just one use.
For a new suitcase, I expected much better durability and quality. It is very disappointing to spend this much money on luggage only for it to look heavily damaged only in one trip.
The poor scratch resistance has really let the product down. I understand that luggage can be handled roughly during air travel, but I would still expect the exterior to withstand normal use better than this.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this suitcase if you are looking for luggage that can maintain its appearance after travelling.

When a case is damaged by an airline you can actually claim against them, its often advisable to do this within the first 7 days. I could suggest you contact our customer service department if you need any further help. As the product was purchased from Ryman you should contact them as its within the first 12 months of the warranty.

I like the bag a lot
I like the bag a lot, no problem with zips or strap mount points so far and I filled it to bulging at one point. Easily carried tablet plus lots of stuff inc flip flops and soft shoes.. passport, electricals etc etc. for not a lot of money
