Customer service was excellent and fast communication.
Contacted Rock Luggage about a case with a faulty zip. Was asked by Courtney to submit a video which i did and was offered a replacement by return of email. She was efficient, courteous and got the request and problem solved completed quickly. Thank you

Poor customer service
I love my Rock Vintage collection I have the full set including the vanity case.
Everywhere I travel I find people complimenting my suitcases.
The cases are stunning, move and glide with ease.
My issue is with the customer service team, purchased the vanity case in December 2025 and the elestaic on the back of the case is far to slack it slips and turns when on the hand luggage case handle it isn’t secure at all
I’ve contacted customer services with my
concerns and asked for some advice, my email as been ignored

I’ve used my Rock case on numerous holidays in the past 4 years and it has stood up so well to all the rigors of travel! My daughter wanted a set of luggage for her birthday so there was no question in my mind as to which company to go to! Had these suitcases 3 years
Had these suitcases 3 years. They have been used once. Today the plastic handle has snapped on both cases. Either faulty or poor quality. Would not buy again or recommend.

A fabulous, strong, sturdy, good quality suitcase!
Searched for a suitcase for ages and then came across this make, we have Samsonite cases which are rather pricey but do last! Our last cheaper one was an IT case which was nice but the zip went after two years! We didn’t have the budget for another samsonite this time but wanted a good quality sturdy suitcase and I have to say we are very impressed with this Large Rock black suitcase! It looks like our samsonite cases, strong, sturdy and loved the extra compartments inside the case! Win! Win! Would highly recommend x

Customer service good, cases promptly despatched
Had an issue with delivery address but was able to contact customer services by email immediately. Problem was resolved and I received my new cases less than 46 hours later. Very happy with my purchases. Second time I have bought luggage from Rock and happy to recommend them.

The case we bought is ideal for our needs and of good quality and strength.
We had a problem with the combination lock, don't know why but suspect maybe our grandson could have been involved. We bought the case from our local shoe repair shop which has now closed due to the current problems on the high street and we had nowhere to go to get the lock fixed.
Emailed the company which immediately offered to send a replacement lock. We received the lock (without charge) and simple fitting instructions. Wonderful service and the case is now as good as new. Great company.

I ordered a navy luggage
I ordered a navy luggage, was told that online was not correct and needed to change the colour. I changed to grey. When I got the luggage it is not grey - it is a green colour. I got the luggage to Malta - it was delivered to someone in the UK and they had to bring it to me. I questioned the colour when I got it and was told sorry I am not happy but they can't do anything cause the luggage is now used. I was offered a 10% off the purchase. I have to now purchase another luggage and when I am asking about the discount and if I can be helped I am not getting any response at all. The delivery was to Brendan gamble but my name is Donna

We had a problem with a Rock suitcase that we had only used 3 times. I emailed Courtney at Rock Customer Service Department and she was amazing. After confirming my purchase and case model, she swiftly arranged a replacement. I paid the carriage and the suitcase was delivered 3 days later. Awesome customer service!!
