I love my suitcase! It’s so pretty! So far it has been great everything is still in perfect condition, fast delivery and amazing quality. I love that it expand if I need it to. Would buy again!

Delivery Issues
Ten days ago I ordered a Rock Legacy set of 3 cases from John Lewis. Delivery was due in 3-5 days, but I received an email 2 days later to say it was out of stock. So I placed another order in a different colour on 11th September (again via JL). Delivery was set for 17th, however only one small box was delivered yesterday (by the Royal Mail), which contained a fabric carry on case, not what I ordered! I rang JL immediately to seek an explanation, but there was little they could do, but arrange the PO to collect the box and cancel my (2nd) order.
I had not heard about ‘Rock’ beforehand and this has been a very disappointing experience, especially as I hoped to travel with my new luggage set next week.
The luggage looks lovely online, but clearly there are problems fulfilling orders, so I will not be ordering from Rock in the future.

I emailed rock regarding my suitcase zip been damaged , 4 emails and 4 photos later and a new case on way , fantastic customer service 100% professional nothing to much trouble . We would definitely use them again .

I sent back a suitcase
I sent back a suitcase, but have yet to receive a refund. I bought a smaller case, which is ideal. I am disappointed with not yet receiving my money back, especially after paying for the postage.

We received your return on 7th September and your refund was processed on 15th September (6 working days from receipt). Lovely suitcase at a good price and bought to match our other ones. The delivery was a bit of a mix up as we able to deliver on the day they said due to a problem but we wasn’t informed that they was going to deliver on that day but when they did come the following day, the boxes with damaged and had rips in them but the cases were ok

I like the cases in general but after…
I like the cases in general but after only using once. There's a tear in the outer covering. I also noticed that some of my clothes were wet when unpacking.

Very poor customer service and suitcase
I bought a Rock suitcase from TK Maxx in February 2026. I used it in March and again in August. On unpacking the suitcase in August I noticed the extendable zip was broken. I hadn't used the extendable zip on either trip. I contacted Rock Luggage who after 2 weeks and 3 emails exchanged told me the 15 year warranty doesn't cover the first year 🤷🏼♀️ and the first year is covered by the retailer. TK Maxx state they cover the first 28 days.... And I've had it 7 months (and used I twice!). So here I am with a broken suitcase and 2 large companies currently stating it's not their problem. So if your buying Rock for the 15 year guarantee, look elsewhere. Currently waiting again for a reply re the poor service received.

Poor customer service
I love my Rock Vintage collection I have the full set including the vanity case.
Everywhere I travel I find people complimenting my suitcases.
The cases are stunning, move and glide with ease.
My issue is with the customer service team, purchased the vanity case in December 2025 and the elestaic on the back of the case is far to slack it slips and turns when on the hand luggage case handle it isn’t secure at all
I’ve contacted customer services with my
concerns and asked for some advice, my email as been ignored
