Started slow, but accelerated the fix pretty quickly
It took a bit of time in the beginning, but as soon as directly mention it was important for me that it was fixed soon, Lukasz got to it very quickly and after a couple of calls and tries, we got someone to fix the charger.

Adrian handled our problem personally from start to finish. One point of contact, who was totally across his brief. Fault was remedied very quickly, and to our full satisfaction. A level of service that everyone else needs to match !!
It took a long time to get an engineer…
It took a long time to get an engineer to attend site, the original booking being the 10 January 26, by the 9 March we had 2 faults to deal with, and the engineer was great when he arrived, fixing one fault in minutes, the second took a large amount of time to resolve but he stuck at it with the support of his colleague on the phone and after replacing several items the charger is working again.

Mixed bag
I did not like the amount of time waiting to talk to somebody when calling and that it took several chase ups and a month to resolve. However when it was resolved, it was done professionally, efficiently and courteously.
