Deocamdată bucata de timp ba că sunt atacați DDoS ba că nu știu ce probleme au.
Am 2 servere la ei iar mai nou din 3 in 3 zile cade serverele lor VPS si zic că sunt atacați deși la alți colegi le funcționează,aici este vorba de noduri nu de atac-urile lor.
Eu unul nu mai recomand au început să-și bată joc de clienți nu mai zic că nici suport nu mai oferă: îi suni - îți închide apelul, le dai mail - nu-ți raspund, le dai mesaj pe chat - îți închide conversația fara sa răspundă!
I am extremely disappointed with Romarg’s NOC support
I am extremely disappointed with Romarg’s support, especially considering that I am a VPS customer and have been a ROMARG client since 2008.
I am still waiting for a very simple Softaculous installation and for a resolution to ticket NKMO-9157-WDCN, opened on February 19, 2026 at 12:03 PM. This is already the second time the NOC Department has failed to react properly. I am essentially asking them to install something that I am already paying for.
Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an isolated issue. There are already multiple customers on Google Reviews complaining about the lack of support for VPS services, and based on my experience, those complaints are justified.
I also had another support ticket, OIHV-7151-ARPK, created on June 6, 2025 at 16:23, and I did not receive a response that day either.
To be fair, the technical support team usually responds and resolves issues quickly when the matter does not depend on the NOC Department. But whenever NOC involvement is needed, the experience becomes extremely frustrating.
After being a loyal customer since 2008, I find this level of service unacceptable. A VPS provider should offer reliable and timely support, especially for paid services. Right now, if you need help from NOC, the situation is simply bad.
Contracted a service, paid the money, they never delivered it

They just took my money and all attempts to solve it were met with the excuse that the ticket should be covered by a different department, unreachable by any means.
Giving 2 stars because I have no complaints about other tickets, which were fulfilled quickly and with professionalism.
But selling a service, taking the money and never delivering it?! Really, Romarg?

Incredibly fast and competent
We are a small company in Romania, and this morning we urgently had to find a new hosting provider after Vodafone deleted our domain from their servers for the second time within 6 months — of course, again without any prior notice.At 10:00 we booked online with ROMARG, received a proforma invoice just a few minutes later, which we immediately paid by bank transfer. By 13:10 the hosting was already configured, and we received an email containing all the information needed for administration.Absolutely record-breaking — ROMARG deserves 10 stars.

gasiti optiuni mult mai bune pe piata
Acu 10 ani, erau ok si erau top notch. Acum nu mai sunt.
Experienta 1 - nu pot sa imi gestionez singur backupurile)
Azi suntem pe 4 februarie, ultimul backup automat prin toolul lor (Acronis) e din 27 decembrie 2025. Vreau sa fac o restaurare pentru o data anterioare celei din 4 februarie, evident nu pot. Incerc sa fac restore pentru o data la care e "facut" backupul, nu pot, nu functioneaza.
E a 2-a oara cand patesc asta, ultima data faceam followup dimineata si seara sa imi rezolve problema, a durat 1 saptamana rezolvarea ei - dupa foarte multe insitente din partea mea.
Experienta 2 - suport insifucient claificat
Am mai trecut prin situatia respectiva anterior, stiam ca problema trebuie rezolvata de ei. A 2-a oara cand am ajuns in aceeasi situatie, am dat de o alta persoana de la suport, care insista pe anumite chestii. Am institat sa se ia legatura cu persoana care rezolvase problema anterior. S-a rezolvat problema 30 de minute mai tarziu.
Experienta 3 - lipsa de documentatie
Nu te poti descurca singur, mereu trebuie sa apelezi la suport.
Experinta 4 - lipsa de tehnologie
Multe chestii mi se par old school. Am fost migrat de pe un server pe altu din cauza ca "ceva nu ducea sau era o problema software". Sunt anumite chestii pe care nu le poti schimba singur, trebuie sa apelez la suport.
