De 2 saptamani am ticket deschis. Am sunat de 3 ori si sunt pasat dintr-o parte in alta ca si o minge. Banii iau tras din cont dar domeniul nu fost activat si nici factura nu apare in contul meu. Am cumparat domeniul din alta parte si nu o sa mai folosesc romarg niciodata.

Recomand cu placere! Eficienta, profesionalism, preturi ok. Am site-ul de cativa ani la ei si de fiecare data cand a aparut o problema mi s-a raspuns foarte rapid, iar task-urile au fost de asemenea rezolvate in cel mai scurt timp.

De peste patru luni (ianuarie-mai), aștept rezolvarea unei erori cauzate de Romarg. Site-ul ne-a fost suspendat (deși am platit la timp factura de data de 16.012025), obligându-ne la o a doua plată în weekend din 26.01.2025.

În ciuda numeroaselor solicitări (ticketuri, telefoane), situația rămâne neschimbată.

Vă rog, aș dori să știu ce pot face în afară de ticketuri și telefoane pentru a primi restituirea sumei achitate pentru a doua factură. Totuși, am plătit de două ori pentru același serviciu și au trecut luni.
