Recent, am întâmpinat o problemă legată de migrarea hostingului și setările DNS pentru email (MX-uri, SPF, CNAME-uri) – o situație care deja îmi consumase prea mult timp și energie.

Echipa de suport a intervenit imediat, a identificat soluția cu o precizie uimitoare și m-a ghidat pas cu pas. Au rezolvat totul rapid și eficient.

It's not a perfect company, there are still problems, probably inevitable in this field, BUT the most important thing for us is the response time to tickets and resolution on the technical support side. The company does exactly what is says it does. It's efficient and it's easy to contact the staff with issues that appear.

Pentru că sunt dezvoltator web și la rândul meu lucrez cu clienți (care pot alege după buna lor cunoaștere sau voință providerul pe care-l cred cel mai bun pentru ei), am lucrat și încercat destul de multe firme de găzduire din România.

Nu spun că acestea sunt slabe, multe dintre ele oferind servicii destul de bune, profesionale. Dar experiența personală mă face să spun că, până acum, nici una dintre ele nu s-a apropiat de nivelul la care e Romarg.

Personal consider că în momentul ăsta, pe piața românească, Romarg are cel mai mare grad de profesionalism, cele mai complexe servicii și un suport mai mult decât decent.

Nu intru în detalii tehnice, dar pentru mine, sau orice alt dezvoltator web, cred că Romarg este cel mai bun răspuns la întrebarea ”de unde luăm domeniu și hosting”.

Au unelte de securitate de top pe care nu le-am regasit la alte firme. Despre seriozitate, faptul ca lucrez cu ei "de cand eram copil" spune totul, m-au ajutat chiar si cu probleme pe care era treaba mea sa le rezolv, nu a lor si foarte repede. Jos palaria!

I'm working with the guys about 20+ years, they are professionals, in the hosting services and also in domain registration services too. We have several dedicated servers in their datacenter, and we have only 2 times problem with the connection in 20 years, and the problem was solved professional and very quick... thanks :)
