Rome & Vatican card Reviews 

Although I think the Rome card is a good idea, I purchased it with the understanding that it would save me money and get me into multiple attractions. In reality, I was only able to get into one attraction out of 7, and use the tourist bus, by using this pass, because all other attractions were completely booked. With extra emails and effort, the Omnia card customer service was able to get us in for the Sistine Chapel, so I'm giving two stars instead of one. But I'm pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend these cards. Maybe the Omnia/Rome card companies should put warnings on their websites about needing to book early, and say that reservations are required for ALL attractions, which we found to be the case.

Bought it few days before visit, as when looked at individual bookings places weren't available, in particular collosseum.
All pretty accurate at glance, but some things could be improved. Hence they high price I was expecting premium.

Collosseum has to be booked on top of roma card, and it is hard to get at last minute, 1 or 2 days before. (Best times look few weeks before)Apart of that kids could have been included in public transport, it was such a hassle keep going buying single tickets, although cheap 1 to 1.5 euro, it was hassle. Prepare yourself that st peter basilica visit is for free, so the advert of in omnia/ Roma card is not accurate regarding it, just have to come early at 6 -7 am to avoid lines. Lines looked real long at 10am, so do not bother.

Para activar la tarjeta, el primer sitio que fuimos de loa anunciados no estaba operativo, en el segundo no nos activaron una de las tarjetas y luego no nos querían dejar entrar a los museos.
En el bus turístico no nos advirtieron de guardar los tickets ni lo pone en ningún sitio y luego nos querían cobrar de nuevo, cuando sabían que habíamos activado ya las tarjetas.
Solo pudimos usar el bus turístico una vez.
Mala experiencia y mal trato por parte del bus turístico, me parece un abuso y un engaño.

Grosse déception, mais peut être la plus simple des 2 cartes (omnia).
Pourquoi ne pas en faire 1 seule, numérique avec la possibilité d'acheter les tickets directement sans avoir à les échanger à la caisse !!
Ca ennerverai moins les voyageurs.

Really useful card. Can go onto the hop on hop off bus. Fast pass into the Vatican. Only down side, booked saint Peters, turned up at correct time and queue was so long. Would have not got to next booking if we had waiting. Was disappointed.

Not possible to see ticket availability before the purchase. Cancelling the ticket was so hard. It toki mee 3 days with several email, chats and Phone calls.

They were great! They helped us to book appointments for all attractions suitable for our schedule. The person that recept us explained everything calmly. We could join the attractions very fast and the convenience of catching the buses to jump from one attraction to another with the panoramic roof was great, definitely worth it! I'd recommend anyone going to rome for the 1st time to get the cards

Absolutamente deshonesta la información, incompleta y errónea. Me siento ROBADO

Nous avons bien reçus nos pass, mais aucun créneau de disponible pour nos visites aux dates de notre séjour (alors que nous avons tenté de réserver des réception).
Le service client est réactif mais sans possibilités de nous aider.
Nous avons décidé de nous faire rembourser.

Pésima gestión. Informacion contradictoria en la atención personalizada, la del mapa y la página web. Desinformación que hace perder tu tiempo. Omnia bus o Fantasma bus?? No aparece nunca en ninguna de las distintas paradas y una sola vez que llegó no paro. Tirar el dinero. No lo aconsejo

Difficiles de trouver les points de retrait Omnia.
Impossible de réserver pour le Colisée donc pas de visite😡.
Impossible de télécharger le Voxcity, il a fallu aller à un point retrait.
Pour le bus panaromique, pensez à bien garder le ticket donné à la première montée, le pass Omnia seul ne permet pas de monter un autre jour sinon, les points d'arrêts sont mal indiqués, on ne sait pas s'il faut faire signe au chauffeur pour qu'il s'arrête aux arrêts notés sur le plan fourni.
Si vous réservez pour le Carcer Tullianum (il n'y a rien à voir) , pensez à garder une place musée pour le parc archéologique qui est juste au dessous sinon vous payerez cette visite car le pass Omnia ne comprend pas le combiné .
Bref, des problèmes d'informations, je ne pense pas que nous ayions fait des économies vu que nous ne sommes pas rentrés au Colisée ☹️.
Tout est en italien ou en anglais, pas facile donc d'avoir des explications quand on a une question sur le pass une fois sur place.

Bien dans l'ensemble, mais manque de renseignements.

We went to Rome for three days in February 2023. We researched the various discount cards on offer and settled with an Omnia card and a Roma card for 72 hours. When we arrived it was quickly apparent that either one or the other card worked at any one time. The Roma card gave us free metro and bus travel ( apart from the Airport bus) and also giave us access to the Massimo museum plus free access to three other museums. On the other hand, the Omnia card got us a 72 hour hop on/hop off tourist bus ticket and discount or free entry to other attractions such as the Colisseum and The Vatican. They seemed a bit expensive but in fact represent good value as long as you get round the City every day, all day.

There is no chance to reserve in Basílica de San Pedro.
4 years before this service existed and the price of the service was app 25% less.

I think that what it is included could be better explained because it is a bit confusing. Also, we think that it is not so wortwhile.

Did not feel it was worth the money. We still had to queue to every attraction. Not worth it.
