went for genuine velux rather than generic. Very happy and fits perfectly. trade off was longer delivery time (possibly due to heatwave! why don't we think of these things in the winter) but worth the wait. installation took 10 mins once figured out the instructions

Fabulous blinds, delivered quickly

The velux products are excellent. There was no problem with ordering or acknowledgement of dispatch. Unfortunately the system is let down by poor tracking. Repeated reviews of the link were needed to have an idea when delivery might be, and on the delivery day there was no way to check an estimated time of delivery so had to be available all day until the goods arrived.

Delivered early, well packaged and fit the roof lights perfectly.

I bought from Roofblinds a few years ago and I wasn't disappointed on coming back to them to purchase again. They have a great customer service team who were patient and helpful in helping me to decide on my product choice. Their prices are competitive and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. I wouldn't buy Velux blinds from anyone else.

We actually purchased one velux blind last year but because the weather has been so incredibly hot this year, we ordered an extra 2 for the other skylights. Again, excellent service, quick delivery, kept informed of the delivery schedule. Very good, clear, precise instructions and they work a treat. Very happy with service and product.

Information about delivery was accurate and although there was a long wait, which was made clear before I ordered, and the blind was expensive, it was worth it. The Velux exterior anti heat blind really does cut down the heat significantly (even in this stifling heatwave) without too much loss of light. It was also easy to fit - although our window is over the stairwell and required a combination of ladder, platform and good balance! I highly recommend this blind.
