I bought a Concierge 600mm vanity via my local builder's merchant, it arrived with slight, but very visible damage to a drawer front. There was no damage to the packaging, so it obviously left the warehouse in this condition. I've been informed that RR will not replace the drawer, but expect me to disassemble it and change just the front. If I'd wanted self assembly furniture I'd have gone to IKEA!

Roper Rhodes went way and beyond in resolving the broken door on our bathroom cabinet.Thankyou for the all the help .The service was 5 star plus.The customer service leader Ben Crane was incredible.

Recently had a bathroom and cloakroom refurbished using many Roper Rhodes products.
Unfortunately, the Hydra basin mixer lever was very difficult to move smoothly and made a squealing noise when turned on. The replacement tap solved the lever problem but not the noise, so had to have restrictor valves fitted to reduce the water pressure. This is very disappointing, especially given that, the instructions clearly states that this tap is fitted with a special cartridge which allows the flow rate to be adjusted but there is no cartridge in the tap.

Also, the Serenity wrap over toilet seat bends on pressure then springs back causing the lid to clatter against the surface behind. This is not what I expected from an expensive toilet seat. I’m also extremely dissatisfied by the tech support response that there is no fault with this product.

Alex and Mandy couldn’t have been more helpful - noted our concern regarding a problem shower unit, and are arranging to provide replacement parts. Their customer care and attention is second to none - very pleased we stayed with Roper Rhodes when renovating three bathrooms in 2018.

Needed some information about toilet seats that were purchased through Travis Perkins Alexander sent me the information via email which was most helpful and he sent it almost immediately

Incredible customer service and products that last for ages. I had a problem with a tap that had otherwise been perfect for 13+ years and wasn’t sure which spare part to buy. They took so much care in responding, asking for more details, even asked me to send a video. The issue was quickly diagnosed and then I was sent the replacement part number, link to purchase, an offer to check if mine was still under warranty, and a manual with installation tips. Rolls Royce customer service!

I had a fault with a mirror and spoke with Alex to ask about a replacement part he was super helpful, sent out the part, I swapped it over and it works perfectly. Superb service.!

I purchased several bathroom items from Roper Rhodes about 4 years ago. One item developed a small issue recently and I called the customer service team for help and advice. Both Eloise from customer service and then Alex on the service team were excellent. Well done to the team at Roper Rhodes, a company delivering great items backed up with great customer service. Eloise and Alex fantastic work.

Bought an expensive double sink unit which had 2 chromed plastic overflow trims fitted.
Both chromed finishes peeled off after a couple of years. They supplied replacements with a slightly different thread which will not fit without replacing the overflow assemblies and will not supply a plumber to fit them. Proper chromed metal is required for durability not cheap chromed plastic parts.

Expensive and very poor quality. Toilet components are cheap plastic and fail very quickly, yes they might be under warranty but just replacing these cheap plastic parts constantly is useless. Having to pay a trades person to fit the new part every time gets expensive!
Our bathtap started also dripping after 1 year of very little use, again RR will replace the cartridge if under warranty but you still need to fit yourself or pay someone else. I will never purchase any of Roper Rhodes products again.

Had a one draw/two door basin unit where all four bottom corners started to swell and delimitate about 3 weeks after installation. Had a replacement unit installed by the supplier and it's happening again in less than 12 months. These are advertised as bathroom units, therefore they should surely be able to withstand some condensation?! Extremely disappointed considering the price of these units and won't be purchasing from this manufacturer again.

Posted out a new handle for a 6 yr old shower free of charge. Great customer like this isn't so common these days! The tavistock varsity shower is great too.

What efficiency?? I got in touch with Roper Rhodes as I had scratched a piece of Tavistock furniture. On the very same day, I got a response informing that a pot of touch up paint was on its way to me. Really impressed. Thank you.

I bought a Roper Rhodes set from the local independent bathroom supplier. I have had this for 2 years and the quality is very poor. I purchased the Hampton bathroom mirror and a vanity unit which the sink sits on.
The paint on the mirror chipped very quickly, in random places - not near the bottom or the switch for the light where you may expect. I think this is because the steam in the bathroom has caused the paint to fail.
This is also the case with the vanity unit, the paint has failed and the hinges on the vanity unit have rusted making the unit unsightly. They are clearly not designed to be exposed to steam which is odd, given that it is marketed as bathroom furniture. I would neither recommend nor buy again. Expensive mistake.

I had a problem with my bathroom cabinet . Ben crane sorted it for me with no fuss at all . I was sent two new front drawers extremely well packed . I would say excellent after care thank you Ben

i had a visit today from the area sales manage and national account manager, to see how i was getting on with sales, especially with all the changes between the 2 companies, i can't fault Roper Rhodes as they are the only supplier being helpful with the transition doing what they can to make finding and buying products as easy as possible, quality products and helpful staff a supplier every showroom should have.

Despite having a "lifetime guarantee" two of the toilet seats have come apart at the joints, however Roper Rhodes class this as "wear & tear" as they are over 10 years old, and are not prepared to replace them.

I call it sub standard
