This is a amazing company I found it online and have had such amazing experience , Luke from rsf has been so helpful he has took his time to help me with my orders and really made good contact with me and gone out of his way to supply all of my axor bathroom bits and made it super easy the taps and showers are amazing from here 10/10

Great service from RSF. Brilliant for Hansgrohe products. Good comms and speedy despatch of my order which was delivered promptly and well packaged. Just got to wait for it to be installed in my new bathroom.

Great company, would highly recommend. Ordered from RSF a number of times for some renovations - also had to return/exchange some of the items. Prompt service, great communication, orders delivered as per the timeframes advertised and all around positive experience.

We went to RSF Bathrooms on Saturday 8th June 2019 to request a quotation appointment. The owner opened the shop 30 minutes late and left us to look around. The showroom looked great from the outside, although looking around inside at the detail of the installs and how dated some of them looked, we started to have our doubts. We almost walked out but were greeted by the owner Ricky who was extremely friendly and helpful so we decided to see where it went. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us with our bathroom project and even spent an hour talking to us about the different ways we could go about the design and works. He didn’t seem too keen on committing to an appointment to come out to see the bathroom and give us a quote, but we thought it may just be his style of customer service. He continued to take down our contact details and address on a bit of paper and said he would come by on the coming Monday evening. Monday came around and he never turned up. We chased over the following 3 days and were told that he would contact us, but he never did. We chased a fourth time and this time he gave us a date and time when he could make it. When the day arrived, we contacted him to confirm the appointment but he ended up cancelling and stated that he would come back to us with a revised appointment time – sadly, to date we haven’t heard from him! This is very disappointing as we lost a week just waiting for him to come and give us a quote. If he had just told us up-front that he didn’t want the job or was too busy, then we would’ve just moved onto someone else but the fact that he kept us hanging saying that he would make it was very misleading, unreliable and unprofessional. RSF are a local business and its very sad to see that this is how they treat local customers. Honesty is the best policy and being a business, it is just common sense to communicate an honest message to your customers; whether he wasn’t competent to do the job, too busy or simply didn’t want the job, I think it is common courtesy to relay that message to the customer to remain professional. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Easy to use web site clear prices and delivery charges. I knew it was a special order and would take a couple of weeks. It arrived on time, very well safely packaged and RSF's was the best price I could find. Good service - many thanks.

Great service and great internet prices. Delivered all my bathroom suite as agreed on time, and even give me some good sound advice from a guy called Andy. Great to have a internet company with great technical guys to help you out when stuck.

Excellent value and first class service. Friendly and helpful staff. Can-do attitude. It is only when there is a problem that you really get to see how good a company is. In this case we have low pressure, so some of the items had to come from Hangrohe's warehouse in Germany. RSF Bathrooms managed to get the key items to arrive within two days (small fee involved), and were quick to chase in one outstanding item.
