Their support manager with assistance from their audio specialist team was superb. The solution offered was 'spot-on' to the problem.

I ordered on the day when the New Zealand Wellington team of Rubber Monkey was down due to bad weather. They connected me to their Sydney team, who were very patient and extremely helpful in my rather complicated order.

And then I needed to make some changes that required phone calls and emails. These were also handled very professionally and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Very satisfied with the overall process.

It was easy, and quick to order. I like the option to deliver as ready individual items, or wait for the total order.
NZ Post delivery is the only minor point, where the item was redirected to a post office only open 9-4.30 weekdays. Which delayed pick up for almost a week.

Was given a shipping date, no notifications that it was going to be late, had to ring and ask what was happening. Customer service staff member was very helpful but not letting me know isnt!
