My grandson is certainly comfy although perhaps could do with a few more foam pellets.

This beanbag was bought as a gift for our expected great niece. We chose it because our grandson was given one and loved it. He snuggled into it immediately, at just a few weeks old, and used it daily until he reached the ‘turning over’ stage. It was then passed on to friends for their new baby….and loved again.

Colourful, nice textures on the different fabrics. I’m sure my grand children will love it. Very good for children with special needs to whom touch is very important

Amazing, my boy loves it. Just wish I’d personalised it but didn’t have the option to do so when placing the order, it’s just after placing the order I realised you can add a personalised touch. Not to worry but it looks amazing

I thought it wasn’t deep enough to sit back in and it was quite stiff. When you sat it down it lay to one side.Also I asked for it to be personalised with the name Sophie , that didn’t happen. My granddaughter liked it however I was disappointed.

Dog has hated all the beds we’ve gave her so far but this one she loves! Excellent quality and really handy that you can just flip the bed over for when dog is wet

Quick delivery and lovely bean bag chair with matching footstool, well made, had my granddaughters name added and it was well done.
Only thing that I didn’t give 5 stars was that thought it could have been a bit larger n more squishy, but my granddaughter loves it so I suppose that’s all that matters. Plus it’s good to see it’s made in UK that’s why I ordered from this company

My 4 month old fell from the side of the baby beanbag, I then noticed the straps had frayed from the seams, he's tiny (born 6lb) well under weight and age guidelines for the beanbag. I contacted the company, sent them pictures only to be fogged off with we can send you a replacement beanbag etc. No thanks!! Now the girl was lovely, but why would I want to risk using this product again. Then I was offered a 40% discount. This isn't about money or compensation. I'm not bought off that easily he's my baby. My reasons for the review are that since my complaint, never has the product been taken offline to be reviewed or checked for faults, this is suitable from birth. The company should have immediately taken this beanbag off for a safety check to prevent this happening again. I'm looking into this now.

I was delivered the wrong item. I have emailed 3 times and had no response.

I have ordered a bean bag from rucomfy. It was initially good but got flat very quick. The company offered me a complimentary filling, which is nice of them but that didn’t work as well.
And one year into minimal usage, the base of the bag went so thin and frayed. Soon it started popping out the beans from the bottom.
Very poor quality base while the actual bean bag fabric is so nice.
They could have used a better fabric for the bottom too, now it’s just sitting useless!
We are now off to look elsewhere!
