Complained about a bean bag chair I purchased for my daughter which is lob sided a keeps falling off it! Sent me replacement beans for it an it’s still doing the same! I would avoid using this supplier as they refuse to fix the issue!
It’s not the fact I want a refund, it’s the fact there is clearly a fault with the product as the replacement beans did not resolve this. Its lob sided the child can not sit on it as she falls off it.. it should not be like this if I purchased it a week/month or even a year ago it should not be like this!

As your order was placed in May 2024 and was personalised, it is not eligible for a refund. However, in September 2024, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided extra filling free of charge to help resolve the issue. Beanbag filling naturally compresses over time, and as stated on our website, this is a normal characteristic of the product and not covered under our guarantee.
At the time, it appeared that this additional filling resolved the concern, and we were pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the outcome. Given that the product is not faulty, has been used, and is personalised, we’re really sorry that we’re unable to offer a refund on this occasion.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet expectations, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you require any further assistance or would like to purchase additional filling in the future, we’d be happy to help.

I have just purchased 2 beanbags one turned up wrong colour grey the other was poor creased material.
All in all very disappointing considering the good reviews I have read.
I have tried to phone number on Webster invalid and email cannot be received.

Exceptional customer service
I’ve ordered two dogs beds over the years and they’re great quality. The covers wash nicely and the beds don’t flatten as quickly as other pet cushion beds. I recently enquired about purchasing just a cover for one of them, and the customer service was exceptional. Quick responses through to next day delivery of the cover. Thoroughly recommend!

AVOID - Don’t waste your money on this company
Don’t waste your money on this company, go elsewhere. DPD messed up as evidenced by photograph but customer services are withholding my payment until DPD gets off their inefficient backsides and investigates (even though aforementioned picture evidence makes what happened bloody obvious!) However, that’s not my problem and under consumer law my payment should be refunded right away. Not only is there no way to contact these scammers by phone, their customer services are deliberately obtuse and lack the intellectual capacity to do more than parrot company policy. Seem to think their internal policies are above the law! Have had to escalate through bank to recoup my money. These beanbags are not cheap!

Lovely beanbag chair and pouffe bought for my granddaughter. Well made and super quality. Although the delivery company delayed due to bad weather it still arrived only two days after ordering. Would highly recommend.

Where’s my order?
Placed an order a week ago for my nephew’s birthday tomorrow, I haven’t received a dispatch notification yet, and when I tried to call them on two different numbers today, I couldn’t get through. Really disappointed.
I presume this means they are closed this week, but there’s no notice on their website.
It does say delivery in 4-7 working days, but after 4 full working days, I am very surprised that it hasn’t been sent yet. I could have ordered it from Amazon and got it sent much quicker, but I chose to order directly to support a small business.
Edit: It has arrived and it’s great quality, as well as being a niche product very suitable for my disabled nephew, which I couldn’t find elsewhere, however, communication could still be better.
