Avoid
Purchased two identical beanbags and only one has been delivered. Appalling service from the customer care team, not answering phones (I have tried repeatedly on different days and at different times), no callbacks, getting nowhere on email resolving the position, unwilling to engage with their delivery partner to establish where my other beanbag is.
I have a need for two identical beanbags so unfortunately the first beanbag will need to be sent back for a full refund if the team are unable to provide the second,

I believe a member of our customer care team did manage to speak with you yesterday to clarify the situation. One of the beanbags is currently being returned to us by the courier, and a replacement has already been dispatched to ensure you receive both items as expected.
We understand how important it was for you to receive both beanbags together, and we're very sorry for the delay and any disruption this may have caused. As a small team, we do our best to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, but over the weekend and on Mondays, we sometimes experience a higher volume of messages and respond in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and are very sorry we weren't able to respond as promptly as we would have liked in this case.

When style meets functionality
When style meets functionality! The burrow dog bed is such a beautiful design, the colour of the mustard is perfect to match our home decor! It’s one of the only burrow style beds I’ve seen for bigger dogs, our fur baby is loving snuggling in under the covers of it at night!

Beautiful design and attention to detail
I love my cushions and ottoman beanbag in the new meadow cottage range . They are really beautifully designed with the ruffled edges making them look that bit more special. The fabric quality is excellent and a beautiful mix of stripes on the reverse of the floral cushions , such exquisite attention to detail.
