Love this beanbag and foot stool. It’s bigger than I expected. So comfortable just to sit and chill on. Great for gaming sessions. Material feels great quality.

The beanbags are great, and the washing bags which allow you to remove the "beans" for washing the bags work really well.

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service, more the courier's fault but it's rucomfy's responsibility to ensure they're using a good courier service considering they're selling large/awkward items.

Very good experience so far

Good quality and great customer service
Bought one of the indoor/outdoor XL bean bags. Really impressed with the quality and very comfy. There was a slight mix up with the order but Nicola in the customer service team was so helpful and it was resolved very quickly. Will shop here again, thanks.

Pretty bad design for keeping clean
No idea why these get such great reviews. We got bought one by inlaws for the kids a couple of years ago. They are spot clean only which is clearly not great for kids. But material feels like they're sturdy. Its never been the most full bean bag.
This week I thought I'd have a go at washing it and realised the inside bag of stuff does not separate from the cover. So had to buy a separate bag to take all the polystyrene balls out in order to wash the cover. The bag just arrived today and is like a pair of bad tights with snags and holes in it sobthe little balls keep escaping.
Despite being very careful a few balls have escapes and are going to be hard ongoing to hoover up as they stick to everything.
Apparently it's a great design but why didn't they just make a detachable bag of foam balls inside so youre not decanting the filling at extra cost and hassle?
Also that cant be good for the environment!
