Rugby Heaven Reviews

Checking on line every day for the Cardiff rfc 150th anniversary rugby was coming into stock but could only be purchased online, as soon as they were in stock I ordered myself a XL Rugby shirt st a cost £79.99 as soon as a got in from work that day I checked my confirmation email to see when I would receive my top only to find out they were going to send me a small size shirt I rang them up straight and said they had made a mistake over the sizing the gentleman on their other side of the phone said he would check what went wrong and see if he could sort out a XL shirt as I ordered, he email back and said they had no more shirts left in stock so he would credit my money back to my account very disappointed with the online service

Ordered a little to late for my son’s birthday but I emailed and they got it here for me.

It was shipped in 2 days which meant the purchase come earlier then expected and we'll happy with the purchase

Generally rugby heaven is a very good retailer, quality products and efficient customer service. Would have given five stars but for returns label only available for customer to print, as I haven’t a home printer I would have preferred a QR code.

Item arrived promptly and was great quality, unfortunately my son did not like the item so I had to return it for a refund, which was also handled promptly and without any quibbles - great customer service!

Easy transaction, great communication, fast delivery. My go to for all things rugby

Good price and very quick postage. Always a pleasure and like to pop in Cardiff shop as passing and again. ..good stock and friendly

great price fit you have to get a size bigger quality proudut fast delivery

Used Rugby Heaven for the first time and so far they have been excellent. They stocked the extra wide Rugby boots I was looking for as my son has wide feet. The boots arrived quickly on a 48hr delivery. Their after sales support has been good too; I was able to get a swift resolution to my query. Their website is great with more rugby gear than you could wish for

Shirt ordered was too large and Tom was most helpful in getting it changed quickly without fuss.

The speed that came very good
