Easy to switch & able to talk to a human not a computer
I was able to get a quote easily on a comparison website, I was then transferred to the company to finalise the quote & arrange the payment of the policy. What attracted me to this insurance company was that I could make a claim or make any changes by phone. My last home insurance policy was on line only & when I had to make a claim & ask for advice the service was dreadful.

Honestly, what a joy to deal with
Honestly - Patty was a joy, and I had spoken to several otehr insurers that were not joyfilled. She held, hear and guided me through the insurance.

New credit card
The previous credit card which Safeguard would try to renew the policy is now defunct and therefore I needed to speak to someone to advise of the new credit card. The personal service I received from the operative (Amanda?) was excellent and took the trouble to run through everything relating to the policy and answer all my questions.

I seem a reasonable insurance however I am a little concerned if something happens, hidden policy justify for rejecting the claim. Unfortunately, I had this kind of experience with some companies.
