Honest review
Price was very competitive, the customer service person was very informative and explained everything. The reason I only gave you a 4 was because I had done an online quote and at the end the summary was missing information that only the customer service can see until I had bought the policy!

Very easy to do
Very easy to do . Knowing I am going to get my insurance policy in the post is an enormous relief as we only have a phone . And it's difficult to download anything on to my phone .

Slow Service
I arranged building and contents insurance and paid the premium but did not receive the policy After waiting nearly 3 weeks I had to phone the company to remind them to email the policy to me. I was assured this would happen and that I would also receive a paper copy by post. The policy was emailed immediately but two weeks later there is no sign of the paper copy. It may be that there is a hold up with Royal Mail but I may have to phone Safeguard yet again.
