Sandras Online Reviews

The site was easy to use and informative.
The delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed.
The nightgowns were bought for a relative and she was very pleased with them.

I bought a 2 pack of bras, which weirdly came in two separate postings a few days apart. I tried on the first bra, and it seemed to fit ok. I then removed the tags.
I wore the bra for a few hours a few days later, and to my disappointment the bra lost it's supportive shape, especially at the back, over those hours. It sagged and gave none of its initial support. It was therefore not fit for purpose and poorly made, even though it had seemed fine on first trying it on.
On sending the bras back to the company, I was told I would not be refunded for the poorly made bra as I had worn it briefly - even though its faults only became apparent through wear.
Poor products and poor customer service. Avoid!

Nice product, came quickly

I was very happy with my black petticoat. I've been looking for one for a while, good quality and fitted well all over. The lace top looks good because my dress is slightly low and gaping in the front. So it looks lovely just showing a little lace.

Two lovely nightdresses with which I'm very pleased. Bit of an issue over a muddle with the order - I got someone else's by mistake and then mine the next day - but customer services people were very helpful sorting it all out.

Returns are very easy and no problem

Easy to choose from the website. Order processed promptly and despatched. Good tracking given. Very pleased with the quality of the product.

Great service and well made nightdress. Fast delivery and good price for something made in Britain!

You sent me the wrong items and until now I’m still waiting for return form from you so I can send back the items you have wrongly send to me

Good Quality, prompt delivery and perfect fit. Thank you .

Prompt service and great quality product

I bought my mum a Slenderella dressing gown with buttons for Christmas and shortly after I realised she prefers her dressing gown to have a zip so I gave the button down to my sister and ordered my mum the Slenderella dressing gown with a zip.
They both unwrapped them for Christmas and were over the moon. The quality is exceptional. My mum wears her in the evenings when it gets cold and even said she hasn’t needed a hot water bottle where she has always used one before. My sister has to fight my niece for the dressing gown as they both want to wear it. Would definitely buy again and would definitely recommend.

Delivery on time ,

The garments are well made and as my mother does not like clothing over her head, the button front nightdresses are perfect
