The bulbs didn’t arrive
The bulbs didn’t arrive. Sarah Raven blamed the courier company, and were unable to supply replacements. Customer service very poor.

Disappointing
My product arrived in a dreadful state - totally bedraggled and with shoots so small and weak, they were barely poking their head over the soil. I do not have high hopes of these growing at all in all honesty and this isn'tthe first time I've experienced this. I feel like the product and delivery can go either way - sometimes it's spot on with a fabulous product and sometimes it's dreadful, hence the middle of the road 3 star review. I expect a good product, all of the time and not so hit and miss.

Whilst the allium and tulip bulbs in the order were good, the quality of the narcissi was poor, the bulbs were small with several soft ones.

Extremely disappointed.
Bag of three lilies £13:95, with one bulb missing - have been informed no more available, so refund on the way.
Poor quality tulip bulbs in one case - still awaiting replacement. Long delay in receiving vases - (still have not arrived) although due 28/9/26 (Ordered 15/9/26 )
Communication very tricky, customer service email seems the only way, finally had an email response after eight days, having sent second email with complaint.
Very disappointing for an old and faithful customer.
