Excellent service that I expect from Sarah Raven. Order dealt with promptly and the bulbs look good. Daffodil bulbs planted and just waiting for the cooler weather to plant the tulip bulbs.

Ordering was easy. The bulbs arrived safely and very well packed as always. I cannot tell you what they are like yet (spring bulbs) but Sarah’s colours are always lovely.

Prompt and healthy choice bulbs
Arrived in September from a July order, all bulbs healthy. Obviously can’t assess if they are true to type or big enough to flower well until they are grown but everything well packed and labelled and I’ve chose varieties that other uk suppliers don’t offer.

Following an Instagram 3 for 2 offer on a tulip collection I placed an order, but only received 2. Despite several attempts to contact the company they have not replied. This is the culmination of deteriorating service over the past couple of years since Sarah Raven is no longer directly involved. I do not recommend buying from them

My bulb order arrived looking good. Info about intended delivery good.
I have advice online about planting.
I will not be planting as advised until November so I suppose my one little criticism would be that I received them early and have beena little concerned about storage, Have checked them from time to time and all seems well!

The order was damaged in transit and was refunded, despite me being told by a chatbot that a replacement would be sent. I had been waiting for three months so this was extremely disappointing

Awful problems with after sales issues
Awful problems with after sales issues. Deliveries going astray with Evri and general lack of any interest from the company in your feedback. Better providers are available. If you want to avoid painful issues with orders places and paid for months in advance then shop elsewhere.

I have never had a better experience from a Garden Supplier. Plants and Bulbs are of the highest quality. Delivery is exceptional.
