The worst customer service in history. Still no trainers and I've sent mutiple emails. They use Evri, which everyone knows are the worst courier's out there. You would think a big company like Saucony would be able to afford a better delivery partner. Do not order from the Saucony website. If I ever do receive my parcel ill be sending straight back unopened. I will not be funding such a useless company.

New shoes, light wear 3/4 times for a minimal amount of time, 2hrs. Sole has peeled off. Brand new. Emailed photos, receipt etc and have heard nothing back. Avoid.

What a dreadful company. Ordered shoes for a race, never arrived. Saucony sent a replacement pair, I had to chase up UPS and eventually received them. By this time, the race was over and I had to purchase a different shoe. Trying to contact customer service was an exercise in futility. Trying to return them, equally fruitless. Website said order did not exist, again, zero response. Avoid, avoid and avoid.

Ho acquistato nel tempo 3 paia di Saucony, 2 shadow e 1 jezz. Un paio comode, ma le altre hanno difetti nella parte interna, la suola. Una sotto la pianta e l'altra sotto il tallone, facendo si da essere molto scomode a volte importabili. Oltre al fatto che se non le fai rinforzare dal calzolaio sulla punta del pollicione di bucano. Secondo me un prodotto che ha un costo così elevato non può permettersi di avere alcun problema

took 3 weeks for 1 email and still waiting for refund for 5 weeks and don't thinks coming either.. scammers AVOID THESES PEOPLE .

Sent faulty shoes. No offer to replace, just told to print a return label and I would get a refund. No apologies and for shoes which cost so much I wouldn't have expected them to have arrived with such an obvious fault.

Sito indicano di contattarli attraverso la chat ma la chat è inibita. Scrivi mail e non rispondono, imposti sul sito di essere allertato quando un prodotto torna disponibile e non lo fanno. Dopo numerose mail di segnalazione dí indisponibilità di un prodotto, rispondono quasi infastiditi dicendo che non sarà più in produzione e poi lo si ritrova disponibile alla vendita. Non ho mai incontrato un’assistenza così sgarbata, negligente e vergognosa.

Dopo neanche un mese le scarpe risultano già danneggiate, rimandate indietro in negozio e la risposta dell azienda è normale usura.. sui lati? Anche le commesse sbalordire della risposta.. mai più

Dopo due settimane bucate sulla punta. Non valgono neanche un centesimo di quanto costano.

Ho fatto un ordine oltre 1 mese fa (ordine W1088496480) naturalmente ho pagato in anticipo la somma di 150 euro.
Ad oggi non ho ancora avuto la merce, per comportamento a dir poco negligente del loro corriere. Gente, non comprate on line prodotti Saucony: vi rubano i soldi!!!!

I would give Saucony no stars if it were possible. Their customer service firstly is almost non existent, they don’t respond and when they do they aren’t very efficient. Purchased trainers, they never arrived, I had to chase Evri myself then chase Saucony. It was my first order and my last. Won’t be using them again.

So very disappointed! The shoes are black and they stain every sock I use, If I use black, they stain my skin. CS told me it is normal. I very much doubt so. Such a disappointment from the brand! Order W10883983240

I received my order 2 days ago and need to return it,
On the returns portal it says my order has not yet dispatched and hence cannot initiate return.
Live chat is not available.
Have emailed them twice.
Unsure what to do now. Really upset.

Dreadful service, would not purchase again due to customer service experience.
Purchase a pair of Saucony Hurricaines in a retailer (not local) seemed to fit wonderfully in store. 3 test runs completed and worst pins and needles/numbness to feet and subsequent hip issue. Emailed Saucony for advice and support. Slow response by email. Spoke to two people via live chat one referred me to the retailer and the second advised to wait for an email response and they will process my claim.
Email response came and again referred me to retailer who cannot help. I’m beyond frustrated. Please someone help!

I had an issue with a pair of running shoes, my experience dealing with customer service has been nothing but positive & I was very happy with the outcome, the efficiency in which the whole process was dealt with & the solution provided by Saucony, thank you

Pessimo servizio clienti. Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe. UPS non da la possibilità di scegliere un UPS point. Ho scritto tante volte a UPS e a Saucony e non hanno risolto il problema. È’ passato un mese. Io sono dovuta assentarmi da casa per improvviso problema familiare terminato con un funerale. Insomma nessun aiuto né da Saucony né da UPS. Non comprate da questo sito. Non usate mai UPS

Pessimo prodotto, dopo 1mese buchi zona tallone, 2 mesi suola consumata in punta e cuciture zona fori lacci, saltate.
Mai più comprerò questa marca

Vorrei dire due parole alla Saucony, cercate di migliorare le scarpe soprattutto le jazz né avrò comperate una decina tutte o scucite o bucare in brevissimo tempo. Non costano poco grazie sono arrabbiato

Molto comode,sia io che mio marito le utilizziamo più ore al giorno.ne abbiamo acquistate parecchie ma tutte si scuciono in breve tempo nello stesso punto!!
