Insuring a campervan following my husbands death.
Lovely lady dealt with camper van insurance in a sympathetic and very helpful manner. My husband passed away in June and he always organised car insurance. The lady was very kind, took her time to advise and explain things to me as I am having to learn from scratch. I cannot remember her name though. Very professional indeed.

Excellent customer service with very helpful staff. Such a pleasure to talk to a UK based call centre. Same insurance product I had through a major caravan club but at a much better price.

Very competitive quote for my motorhome. Agent I dealt with was very thorough and professional. Transaction was completed without any hitches.
Would have given 5 stars but the wait to get through to an agent was painful. Scenic need to review their staffing levels.
