Very easy to sort out a repair on my car everyone who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful
Repair was good - kept informed via emails. I had some delays getting my car from recovery to repairer and delays.
Making the claim had been cumbersome but the complaints team resolved the issues and apologised for the failings
Absolutely horrendous havent had my vehicle repaired yet I sent photos but they said they weren't clear enough so they set someone round to take pictures. First appointment was cancelled 15 minutes after appointment time second appointment they said the gentleman had been and got all the photos I never saw anyone near the car.havent heard anything since this.absolutey awful service no communication at all.still waiting to hear from them about when my car will be fixed.had to give 1 star to get this comment box up but I give 0 stars for this awful service.
Staff were really lovely but the repair date for my car was getting delayed countless times, when I finally got my car back after waiting about 2 months the speaker was only working on one side.

The finished job was excellent as was the reception.
I was disappointed with quality control. There was a scuff on the bumper, resin adjacent to the headlight and a loose wheel arch trim, which were all resolved when pointed out. Also there was a bottle of water left in the passenger mat well.
I was also concerned that the car had been driven 47 miles while at the garage. The manager said this was to test the car but couldn't confirm where it had been as this was not recorded.

So after a conversation on the phone with the engineer/settlement guy and me saying that I didn't agree with the offer but I was in need of some sort of payment to repair my vehicle, he advised me that I could dispute the offer but collect the amount offered still and any offer above this would still be made or payable to me. So I was advised someone would call within the week to talk about the decision in regards to me disputing the offer, but it looks like I should never have listened to the advice on taking the money offered at the time as part payment because it seems after no contact or replies to my attempts to contact iv now accepted a very low offer based on the advice given to me by the guy making the offer.

The nice lady who initially dealt with the claim was extremely helpful but that unfortunately is where the positives end. It took over 4 months to get our vehicle back on the road which to be fair was partly due to the Volkswagen dealership being very unhelpful. When we eventually had the car returned there has been absolutely no communication from Markerstudy as to what work had actually been carried out on our vehicle by VW which I don't find acceptable. When I tried to contact VW directly I was told the insurance company was there customer not us.

From reporting the incident to actually going into the repair shop took exactly 3 months. Following that it has taken 3 weeks for the repairs to conclude. The curtesy car was very good although it had no fuel on collection, full to full would be more appropriate. Also how was my husband supposed to carry out his work in a car? Having now had our van returned to us the replacement door does not unlock correctly, it takes multiple attempts before it unlocks and when it does is very stiff. We will be taking it back tomorrow. It also has scuff marks on the offside which were not there before. This is very shoddy work and I will not recommend this garage be used in the future.

The repaired was good and being kept up to date on its progress. I struggle to understand why 4 companies were involved with my claim which caused much confusion to me.

I had a good experience with the workshop who fixed my car very quickly. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the time it took you to send the invoice over to my insurance company. It was over 2 months until the recipient received invoice. Kind Regards David Rapley.
