Order never arrived
Order placed and paid for over one month ago but still has not arrived. I contacted Customer Services and had no reply. No idea how or where to go to get my money back.

No order received and no reply to emails and phone calls
Posting on here a factual review seems to be the only hope of getting an answer.
I ordered Proshield razor blades on 30 June 2022 with delivery by 1st class royal mail. As at todays date 8 July 2022 still nothing has been received.
I contacted this company by phone at 9:12 on Wednesday 6 July 2022 requesting status of the order. Additionally at 9:21 sent an email with order number and order details requesting advice on when it will be delivered. No reply.
Rang again yesterday for update. Again nobody answered and nobody returned the call.
Having read other recent posts I can see I am not alone. If a company cannot make good its order it should communicate so and issue a refund. Otherwise this can be construed as a scam.
As it stands, I will not order again but I will chase the money owed.

This is actually most unusual for us, as we always make good on orders and do issue full refunds immediately if there are ever any problem regarding stock. Having looked into your order, it seems there was some confusion regarding the status of this order, as you had attempted to place one just prior to it with the payment method of PayPal, which had failed and hadn’t been processed. It seems your second attempt to place an order, with a different payment method, did succeed, however, hadn’t show up on our system due the status of the previous one. Essentially it was flagged and had shown together as one order which hadn’t successfully processed. We take full responsibility for this and please rest assured that we will now take action to get this fully resolved for you immediately, as we are fully aware of the situation that has occurred. Our phone line and other methods of contact are usually always open for contact and we try to respond to enquiries ASAP. My genuine apologies again for the inconvenience. Review zonder uitnodiging
Goods not received and no response from company to email.
I ordered the razor blades on the 19th June with delivery by Royal Mail 1st class. Its now the 2nd July and still not received items but payment has been taken out of my account. I have emailed the company requesting a refund but have not had any response
Will not be buying from them again.
