Vor 5 Jahren haben wir unsere Küche komplett renoviert und uns für eine Cristadur Spüle von Schock entschieden. Die Spüle ist sehr pflegeleicht und sieht gut aus, auch jetzt nach 5 Jahren sind die Spuren der Zeit kaum erkennbar. Bei normaler Pflege hat man auf jeden Fall lange eine Freude mit dem Produkt.

Ein Spülbecken mit Mischbatterie gekauft (1060 €) Mischbatterie defekt - dreimal getauscht, Gewicht für den Einzug selbst angebracht. Der Kundendienst Herrr E. total überfordert - konnte das nicht - ohne Werkzeug - fragte mich ob ich ihm Werkzeug geben kann. Spülbecken Granulatmischung hat einen Abplatzer (nicht von uns verursacht)- alles in der Garantie. Keinerlei Leistung ???!!!

Guter Kundenservice. Kompetente und freundliche Beratung durch die Dame am Telefon. Problem wurde gelöst.

tolle Farben - mega Produkt! Die Materialität fühlt sich toll an und ist absolut pflegeleicht. Zuerst habe ich an eine Edelstahlspüle gedacht, aber ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung für eine Quarzkompositspüle. Jetzt gibt es ja auch nachhaltige Spülen von Schock habe ich auf der Website gesehen - sehr interessant! Würde ich gerne testen, wenn Sie hier Testkunden suchen. :)

Abbiamo acquistato il rubinetto Schock Acqualift per un lavandino posizionato sotto ad una finestra. Qualità discutibile visto che dopo qualche mese è diventato durissimo da alzare e, una volta alzato, dopo qualche secondo riscende da solo. Si è inoltre rotta la cartuccia della leva e l'assistenza è stata PESSIMA. Il pezzo sostitutivo è introvabile e l'assistenza non ci ha aiutato in alcun modo. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTA MARCA

Rubinetto scarsissimo. Dopo neppure due mesi già perde dappertutto, ovviamente non te lo cambiano e ne devi pagare uno nuovo. Deluso

Ho acquistato una cucina con lavello Schock in cristalite e non posso far altro che decantarne le ottime qualità e prestazioni, design moderno ma allo stesso tempo attento alle necessità pratiche di utilizzo, facilità di pulizia, si rimuove facilmente qualsiasi tipo di macchia, materiale super resistente e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, insomma in poche parole acquisto del quale sono felicissimo e consiglierei.

Azienda con la quale collaboriamo da diversi anni molto seria e precisa.

Our second, less used, kitchen sink has cracked 6 years after being installed. We have no idea why. We think we heard it crack one night, and then realised the cupboard underneath was getting damp. Schock tell me they only deal B2B and not with customers. Kitchen company tell me it is out of warranty. Won't buy again, particularly after reading other comments below. A sink should last more than 6 years!

Absolut kundenunfreundlich.

The sink stains very easily. I have a small leak from somewhere (not the drain hole). The grooves on the drainer are not deep enough & consequently anything like cups or mugs always have soapy water trapped inside. Sink supplied from a well known company that fitted the complete Kitchen. Totally disappointed & would never recommend!

Received a waterfall sink in perfect condition from tapsuk. Set about fitting this beautiful sink and accompanying tap, which was a little challenging. The good news is this sink looks fabulous! Bad news is the waste kit can be challenging. Even with an additional converter to work with our waste, the overflow pipe isn't compatible with the waterfall design. However, this can be fixed with a dishwasher outlet hose, since the rubber and fits nicely and enables the acute angle to be met properly. Probably specific to me... I am going to get a plumber to reroute the waste so it's a bit prettier under there. Very impressed with the quality and I hope after a few years I can come back here and tell you everything is still awesome!!

We bought an aquatop cristadur kitchen sink some years ag (maybe 7?). It cracked about 2 years ago, we tried to repair but it leaks and the crack became worse. Would never recommend this sink - and it was very expensive! It also became ugly and is hard to clean

Ho comprato un lavandino D Signus 200 nero puro (materiale Cristadure Extreme). Dopo tre anni di utilizzo mi ritrovo ambedue le vasche con una crepa che fa filtrare l'acqua, rendendo di fatto il lavandino inutilizzabile. Le crepe si sono formate scolando l'acqua calda di cottura nonostante il rubinetto fosse aperto con acqua fredda corrente per minimizzare shock termici. Il prodotto è fuori garanzia e l'ufficio di post vendita mi ha detto che non può fare nulla e di rivolgermi a un marmista. L'unica cosa che si può concludere è che il prodotto è di scarsa qualità e che l'azienda non gestisce una relazione adeguata con il cliente. PESSIMI.

Eng Version: I bought a Signus D200 sink, pure black (material: Cristadur Extreme). Both the two basins cracked (just after the guarantee period), making the water filtering and the sink unusable. I asked help to the post-sale but their laconinc answers gave me no help and no assistance. Bad product and bad experience.

I purchased a Schock sink as part of a large kitchen purchase. 4 years later the bowl cracked flooding the kitchen cabinet and floor. Schock would not stand by their product they claim is made of the "highest and strongest materials used for a kitchen sinks". I replaced a previous 17 year perfectly fine sink for one that lasted a few years and was supposed to be better. Not. If you are looking for customer care and positive customer experience....it wont happen with Schock. Do your homework...they get a failing grade on overall performance and backing their product. There should be some form of making right what was wrong in production or materials. Replacement is a small price to pay for maintaining customers. Blemishes are not removed.

Had a schock sink for a couple of years now. Their promo video shows it being shot - just don't use it as a sink! It discolours if you don't go through the six monthly cleaning routine. Ours now starting to disintegrate at edges around the plug hole. Guarantee amounts to being sent an epoxy repair kit!
Will never use again.

We had a new kitchen in 2011 and we were recommended a SCHOCK sink. We bought a 1.5 black sink which came with a plastic colander for the small sink. We have never regretted it. It honestly looks as as good today as in 2011. We cook a lot so the sink has had plenty of wear. The only reason I looked up SCHOCK sinks online was because after 9 years the plastic colander has become cracked and I wanted to replace it. I was very surprised by the negative reviews, as I would thoroughly recommend SCHOCK sinks and have done so.
