⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐? No. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My experience with Scotenergy4u has been extremely disappointing.

I trusted them to manage my business energy switch, but instead I was left dealing with supplier objections, an unexpected outstanding bill, and weeks of unnecessary stress.

The most concerning part was the lack of professional communication. Despite asking several times for everything to be confirmed by their official company email, they continued communicating mainly through WhatsApp and phone calls.

I was also asked to make a payment into a bank account that was not in the name of Scotenergy4u, which immediately raised serious concerns for me. I refused to make any payment until I received written confirmation from E.ON and proper documentation. That confirmation was never provided.

After initially apologising and saying they would resolve the issue with E.ON, communication stopped completely. Emails, WhatsApp messages and requests for updates have largely gone unanswered.

At no stage was I given a clear written explanation of what had happened with my energy contracts, nor was I provided with all the information I would expect before any supplier changes.

Because of my experience, I have lost confidence in this company and have decided to report the matter to the relevant authorities and regulators for investigation.

My advice to anyone considering using this company is simple: do not rely on verbal assurances. Get everything in writing, verify every supplier change yourself, and never make payments without proper documentary evidence.
