Scoville pots and pans are my go-to when looking to buy new. They're amazing quality for the very affordable price from Asda (where I get mine) and really help me to create great dishes - because I can rely on their consistency. Don't waste money on the hugely overpriced 'celebrity' endorsed stuff to impress your guests: it's the quality of your food that matters not what's on display in your kitchen!

I was very impressed that Scoville quickly replaced my 18 month old "Neverstick" frying pan under the terms of their lifetime guarantee, without any dispute or argument. A small patch of the non-stick coating had started to peel, despite me using it according to the instructions...I sent photos and a description to show what had happened via email, and they immediately offered a replacement. Excellent customer service, much appreciated.

The saucepans are great when we received them.
When we order the pans, the email said dispatched in 3 to 4 days, but we had to chase Scoville up for a delivery date as they had not arrived after a week.
Maybe that was down to Black Friday deals !!

I must say fantastic products and fabulous after sales service I explained I have had my pan 3 years no receipt and the fantastic Victoria from customer services dealt with my complaint t very quickly and professionally and before I knew of a new pan was sent out to me I would not hesitate to recommend these products or this company 5* all the way thank you Scoville the you have dealt with my query thank you fantastic Victoria that’s what I call service and a very ethical company that I will always recommend

Do Not Buy Scoville Neverstick
I have previously purchased a range of Scoville products, which I was pleased with despite them most definitely not lasting more than 5 years. However, there is a big problem with their new products. Food stuck immediately to the ‘neverstick’ casserole dish I recently purchased and the coating came off into the food.
I made a complaint to their customer service, and their response was to just want to send me a replacement, which I didn’t want. They did not apologise or look into the problem.

Victoria dealt with my problem very efficiently. I am very happy with the outcome and her quick response - 10/10

Have tried to put a review on Scoville website three times and it appears they refuse to show it. I bought the whisk to go with saucepans but was so annoyed when it fell to pieces after 3 months of use. I dont have any way of returning to store. I know it was not expensive but in todays economic climate it should have lasted longer and I am getting no response from Scoville

Had an issue with a saucepan leaking from the handle rivets. Contacted the company who asked for photos. Did as asked and they've promised to replace the pan. 1st class service and pleasant and helpful agent. UPDATE: Replacement arrived very promptly. Victoria was very understanding and helpful. Thank you Victoria.

I love my pots from Scoville they are what they say nonstick and easy cleaned. I have had my pots and pans now for about 4 years and never had an issue. However I have noticed that the base of my most used pot has started to loose its colouring and looks more metallic than the black speckle it should be.
Having had a good experience I bought the slow cooker. Sadly that’s where the scoring went from 5 to 3 stars, after using it only 3 times none of which were in the last 6 months I decided to make a stew in it. When I looked inside I was horrified to see that the lining was flaking and one corner is through to the metal below. Very very disappointed.

Bought a frying pan from them 3 year ago. It’s been sticking in the middle despite good care.
I emailed them photos and they said I’d been overheating the pan and should only use it for low to medium heat and there’s nothing they can do to help.
Approach carefully as their lifetime guarantee means nothing

Very disappointed in the quality of the product. Had the saucepan and frying pan set. The non stick on the small frying pan is coming off already. The handles have broken on a couple of them already. Would not recommend this brand at all.

I was happy with the service I received from Victoria. Replacing my cookware was a seamless experience from the outset, from informing me exactly what I need to do, through to processing the subsequent tracking details.
