Lovely suite! Delivery guys kept me informed on the day of delivery and were very pleasant and helpful while in the house.

Great service, no pressure applied. Very knowledgeable. Main selling point - choose any sofa in any fabric!

Delivery was professional and assembled in 30 mins.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and guided us through all the options. A great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend.

First time of visiting your Abbotsinch store the welcome was warm and your assistant (David) was very knowledgable and attentive. David is an asset to your company.

The only outstanding thing which I would not call an issue was when David took us through the delivery process and the fact that if there were issues experienced then your delivery team would make three attempts and if no success would leave the suite in an approximate place and then an upholstery would have to be assigned at extra cost. Delivery issues is something I wish to avoid, so I have sent David pictures and dimensions of the route that your delivery team will use on the day of delivery, to allow David to send to your delivery team for them to evaluate and confirm back that they see no issues. If there are any issues with delivery then we can discuss these and discuss solutions prior to the delivery date which will be sometime in August. I wish to stress I do not want to experience any issues on the day of delivery. I therefore wish this to be concluded well before the delivery date. If David can close this out then that would be great and really appreciated. If we can successfully close this out the I would suggest we have experienced the perfect journey in the purchase of our new suite. I hope to here feedback soon on this.

From the moment that my wife and myself entered the store at the Paisley we were warmed with a friendly welcome , the staff member was a very pleasant young man by the name of Sunny we explained what we were looking for and he took time to show us around , we were offered a coffee but we had one before we left our home, we were shown what leather we could choose from which we did now all we have to do is wait on the delivery .

Love the sofa. Was delivered on time. Delivery men put the sofa together. Unfortunately after they left we noticed that the console section was not fitted level with the rest of the suite. No instructions left as to who to contact regarding this.

Delivery was on time and two guys where good at there job and very helpful. The sofa is a great colour and well made. Myself and my wife are very pleased with it.

When entering the building was greeted with a smile.
After a look around spoke to Peter who was very helpful, I ended up purchasing an x stock model.

Good communication about delivery slot. Punctual delivery. Polite and speedy delivery and final assembly of sofa.

The greeting was welcoming, professional but not overpowering. We were left to look around at our own speed but the lady was readily available when we had questions.
Our plan was to visit various stores and create a shortlist of contenders. After an hour or so our decision was made with unbiased advice from the salesperson. We happily made our decision and paid our deposit.
Two days later we returned to choose material and colour and complete the final payment. We met the same lady who again was extremely helpful again.

We are delighted with our purchase both with quality and especially cost. Amazing products at amazing prices.
