Friendly and attentive staff but not over bearing.
Staff had good knowledge of all the sofas we were interested in.

The gentleman who dealt with me was so helpful and friendly , he chatted to my daughter and was very nice and informative.

Even when we walked in the shop it smelt clean and fresh and the staff said hello.

They have a new range of lovely sofas.

Delivery went as smoothly as possible. The items were carried with care and set up at our home, with no rubbish left behind. Even the electric items were checked to ensure they work as they should do. Honestly couldn’t fault the process, seamless from start to finish!

We were told there wasn’t a lighter colour than beige for the suite we were buying
After ordering I found out online there was a light beige so went into the store
They said we would have to pay an extra £100 , we weren’t happy to do that as it was within the same colour range
We weren’t happy kept waiting for nearly an hour, the manage didn’t apologise for keeping us waiting and said we could pay £50 , as they had made the mistake we felt they shouldn’t of charged any extra

Great customer service from start to finish.

Was greeted as soon as we entered the store by the very friendly and helpful assistant named Vanita who explained everything we needed to know about the store. We already knew the sofa we wanted so Vanita showed us the different cover options and we ended up buying a 3 seater and 2 seater power recliner sofas The manager of the store kindly offered us some cold water as it was very warm. Overall every one was helpful polite We were very pleased.

I had a lovely assistant at the Bedford branch. What a beautiful young lady, so polite and helpful. With her expert skills I purchased a leather sofa and reclining arm chair.

Needed to turn my corner sofa from a 2by2 to 1by3 and needed another cable as wouldn’t reach (due to my room size) I went to my local store and the guy that sold me the sofa greeted me and gave me a cable & extender ‘just incase’ would recommend Poltronesofà to anyone wanting a decent sofa!

Great communication and friendly and helpful staff

The salesperson explained that the sample was the same as the showroom sofa but the showroom sofa leather was smoother. "because it had been stretched and our sofa would be the same as the showroom sofa however I had to sign to say I had seen the sample and that was what we are getting. very worrying as we want the smoother leather.
