Shopping for a cuddle chair.
Robin the salesman was very helpful and patient in helping us choose a cuddle chair. Very good at his job we ordered a sofa and armchair too!!

Delivery fine massive problem with…
Delivery fine massive problem with product which has been left with us,
Delivery driver told me to go back to the store. The chair is wonky. There’s a big gap between the arm and the back of the chair. The front armrest is all crinkled up and wonky very disappointed.

I was very pleased from customer service in the shop to the delivery. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were efficient and quick. Couldn't have asked for better.
I was excited to receive my sofa, and I wasn't disappointed. It's so comfortable and exactly what I'd imagined. I am one very happy customer. 😊

They put sofas together plugged it all in
Couldnt fault their attitude they were 1st class, the sofas are really great we are so happy with the product cant fault it would highly recomend

We have yet to receive our furniture but the purchasing of it was a very pleasant experience. The staff at the store in Leckwith were exceptional in every way.
