Sofa delivered today, great service all 3 lads were nice, work hard delivery was very smooth.

Delighted with the service. Was kept updated at all times with estimated delivery times.
Delivery guys were helpful and courteous.
Would have given 5 stars however we found damage to the wallpaper after they’d gone. I’m sure though that they weren’t aware of it.

Excellent communication and friendly service

Our sofa (model "Norbello" 3+2 seaters) has been delivered twice:
- the first time the delivery staff hasn't make any effort to try to go through the door, claiming the sofa was too big and that we may need a glazier to try through the window instead.
- the second time Mike and Dylan have come and they proved to be friendly, professional and very cooperative: not only it took about 15 minutes to fit the whole sofa, but the process was smooth and well handled.
I am satisfied now with the service provided.

I ordered a sofa cannot get hold of anyone either via email or on the phone sent numerous emails and stayed on phone for over an hour track my order does not work basically taken my money and not delivered furniture as agreed

I went to greyhound chester store just for a look. But the wonderful Hannah talked me through what they could do. I could have any sofa in whatever covering I chose which I had not realised. Hannah was lovely and chatty and answered all my questions with a smile I could not recommend her highly enough. I ended up buying a lovely new sofa and chair thanks to Hannah.

Unfortunately they promise a delivery date but don't follow thru with it. Always seems to have an excuse.( latest one: got the frame but not enough material ), amazing that,for a firm of scs size and always on tv stating everything, apart from hidden extras. ( you even pay a fee for being served in the store, and £120 for delivery of a two seat sofa).

No contact of how order is progressing.
Two visits after sale to be told they will ring and dont. It is a joke really. Now without a sofa for possibly four more weeks or more.
And to cancel the order could mean loosing 25% thru no fault of our own and the assistant skirted the issue of cancelling.
We now have to wait a further week for another update if that happens.
Would not recommend Scs.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered sofa mid-Nov, provisional date told mid to end of January delivery, given 4 confirmed delivery dates then cancelled each time last minute with no explanation- now over 4 week window - multiple emails/web forms all unanswered, multiple times attempted to call customer service cut off after 2 hours and then 3 hour waits FROM lines opening!! Cannot even get in touch with anyone to cancel order if wanted to, AVOID buying anything from here completely!!

Delivery operators Mike and Dylan arrived on time in line with email slot and phone update. They were professional in approach and informed us of thier concerns with dirty footprints in the house due to poor weather. Furniture was assembled and placed in position with no damage to any walls or door frames.

Excellent service. Kept informed of delivery schedule and good tracker system on day of delivery.
Great customer service from delivery staff, Craig & Shaun. Clean and tidy and respectful throughout delivery. Would highly recommend.

Really good communication from SCS regarding delivery date and times.
Mike and Dylan phoned an hour before arrival. They were polite, courteous, and set the sofa up as we requested.
Sofa is lovely. Fits perfect.

I’ve tried contacting scs a number of times… why you cannot call the shop direct is beyond me? I have simple questions… I’ve emailed I have requested for return calls a week later nothing.
I have not even got my new sofa yet god help me if I have any issues.. I’m not sure what use my extra warranty is if I’m struggling now? I’m beyond words this is literally diabolical.

Had a reply after leaving this review.. had call back next day, my concern was addressed and refunded..
It’s a shame correspondence is so bad as it’s a major part of your experience.. I’m hoping my sofa arrives with no issues after reading other reviews

i would like to say a very big thank you to Hannah the sales agent who attended to me whilst visiting the shop in Chester Greyhound. The delivery was 100% service, the 2 men who delivered my furniture were respectful and polite and they cleared the rubbish too. the 2 men are Pete and john.

Quick and efficient, were earlier then expected and service was perfect. Pleasant and professional. Drivers were really good, Andy and Szymon

The Chester store was much better than Wrexham. Service in Wrexham was poor but Chester store was pleasant and professional, Wrexham looked like I was causing them an issue by being there. They were sat on sofas having a drink on phones then came over and were just rude and u helpful.

Bought a new 3 piece with my mum, Kevin was very helpfull when we arrived & explained everything

We were greeted as soon as we entered chester Greyhound Park, store , by Hannah .A very warm welcome and lots of information to consider when browsing the choices the settee suites within the store .Then , left to our own leisurely time to extensively browse the selection of suites .Even offered us a brew! A very welcomed one, too .
All the team at the store were friendly and engaged with us at some point of our visit. Hannah is exceptionally good at her job. Nothing is too much trouble and her knowledge is remarkable. There was no pressure selling to us , just constructive advice of every option available to us , should we decide to purchase a suite We felt like we left the store...having made a purchase...as friends tbh.

Came into store a week before my purchase, extremely helpful girl, was on hand offering advice, but not pushy at all. We came back a week later, after looking around other shops, and bought 2 sofas, swift and easy experience, cannot wait for them to arrive

Very helpful young lady assistant was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the only downside to our visit was the settee I wanted to buy was upstairs and the lift was broken. being disabled I was unable to see and try out the settee I wanted to buy as I couldn’t use the stairs.

Really great guys, exceptional efficient, quick and very pleasant, a pleasure to have them deliver our furniture!! Mat 679 and Rice 294 are a credit to your company!!!
