The service was exemplary from a man who was on his first day of employment. He was polite, patient and extremely helpful. His supervisor was helpful and was gently overseeing the process without being intrusive.

I visited SCS at Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry. Alison was really helpful. She met me at the door and demonstrated the working of the sofa which suited me. I wanted my family to be with me for the purchase and returned with them. I felt I wanted to ask for Alison when I returned.
