We were warmly welcomed by a friendly member of staff who greeted us at the door and provided detailed information about the products and available options. The atmosphere in the showroom was inviting, and we felt supported throughout the visit, with every question answered patiently and professionally.

We purchased the sofa we had chosen, and the lady who assisted us with the purchase was equally kind, knowledgeable, and professional. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely pleasant. We would happily recommend the store to others.

We spent £2000 on a three seater and two seater powered reclining sofa in December 2025. We have had other issues since delivery but I want to focus on the comfort or lack of it of these sofas in this review. When we tried them in the store they were comfortable but after 6 months they are still the most uncomfortable sofas we have ever purchased. You don’t sink into them but rather sit on top of them. We both suffer with arthritis and it is giving us more pain. We are so disappointed that we are going to sell them after only 6 months. We have tried to complain to the store but nothing was offered on their part. So, I just want to warn people to check the comfort of their new reclining sofas on receipt so that this cautionary tale doesn’t happen to them. We have frequently purchased from SCS in the past, but unfortunately we can not shop with them again based on this latest experience.

Shop staff were easy and friendly to chat too. When furniture was delivered on time the delivery men were friendly and efficient assembling chair and sofa quickly, explaining what needed explaining!

Have to say the lady that helped me with the sofas was great very helpful. I choose different colours for my sofas and yeah had to wait a while but worth it. The guys that delivered the sofas were very good kept in touch when on the way to deliver. Unpacked the sofas and took the rubbish away. The sofas are very nice and fit my needs. Cheers SCS🤩

I don’t remember the ladies name but she had beautiful long curly red hair and she was so helpful and patient and made the overall experience feel easy!

Leaps & bounds infront their rivals. Staff beautiful presented in their uniforms and very helpful and knowledgeable about there products. Kseniia is a credit to the company outstanding service. Only downside was leadtime, but if you want quality it's part an parcel of it.

Martin in store was extremely helpful and made the whole process so easy.

Great service. Friendly staff

Lowri was incredible. Very well informed, great to speak with and didn’t feel salesy at all. The exact person you would want to buy from and it helps that she’s Welsh.

The sofas are just what I thought they would be. The men that brought them and put them together were courteous and quick. The only negative I would say is although I had the cleaning details, I was not shown how to use this on the sofas. I was told in the shop I would be shown Otherwise a good experience all round.

I've not much to say, save that we'd like to compliment your men who delivered our 3-piece suite. They did a good job, reasonably quickly, and left us with instructions on the 2 chairs that have a lifting mechanism.

Fantastic service from staff at Bristol Cribbs Causeway. I'm disabled and needed something very comfortable. What we bought is soooo great to sit on as it molds around my head, back, bum and legs. Very very happy with the chap that helped us choose. Was also extremely happy being able to pick the colour we dreamed of.
Delivery was very smooth and the lads that brought it was very friendly and professional.

Your saleswoman was excellent and the ideal person to be an ambassador for you and the sale of your products. She was friendly, helpful and not pushy. All of the questions and requests were answered without the kind of forceful sales pattern of some places which sends me out of the door straightaway. More like her means more sales. Lovely coffee and a carton of water concluded a great experience. Thanks to her.

Showroom was nicely laid out, not cluttered. Was not jumped on by sales people as soon as I walked through the doors, which was refreshing. I was asked after about 10 minutes if there was anything in particular I was looking for, when I replied, Paul the very approachable and knowledgeable salesperson, recommended a couple of sofas. Everything was clearly explained and I purchased a sofa on the day.
