Walking into the showroom, you are immediately hit with the lovely air freshener, made me feel comfortable straight away. The assistance we received was second to none, I think she was called Lowry, excellent knowledge of all the furniture, and there’s a lot! Would be an added bonus if we received the air freshener as a free gift, just a thought.

From the moment we walked in, the service was superb.
Had a previous visit and saw a very helpful lady Lowrie, Deputy, she was brilliant. We returned with the view to purchase a chair for my 91 year old mum, lady wasn't in, so the manager Simon instead helped us through.
The expression was 10/10, how fantastic to receive such excellent all round customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, patient and went above and beyond.
His name is Simon, he is the store manager up at cribbs causeway Bristol.
The store itself was very well presented and layed out. The choices of recliner chairs was excellent, massive range of colours, fabrics and styles. I would highly recommend this place, service, quality of products, ranges, prices, and much more. Thankyou Lowrie and Simon we will definitely return.

The guys who delivered our new sofa were on time, helped us to get our old one out as it had not been collected and set up the new one, which is great.

Delivery was fantastic, had multiple text messages with updates and a call 30mins before chair arrived, delivery drivers were very polite, chair assembled quickly, checked it over made sure everything was ok and removed all rubbish. great service! Thank you.

Unfortunately a week prior to looking into ordering our sofa, you had discontinued the sofa we were after and after calling tour Bristol branch, Lowri Paige Casey was so helpful and just an actual super star. She called around your other stores and manged to find the sofa we were after (Unfortunately not in our colour way/material we were going for). Since then she has been truly amazing and super helpful in answering any and all of our questions as its a ex display sofa that we have purchased.

A lovely store to visit, beautifully laid out with room to look around, try for comfort and quality. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and gave us time to decide. All the recliners were plugged in and available to test. Our sofa arrived within the time we were advised and delivery was excellent, with good communication from the two delivery drivers. A great experience and a very comfortable and top quality reclining sofa to enjoy for many years.

Generally everything went fine from ordering until agreeing a delivery date, the person on the phone was very brusque, I told him the date given at order time was only provisional but he insisted it was a firm date. I told him I couldn’t be home that date and he rudely asked why not, I very politely told him that was none of his business. He couldn’t or wouldn’t confirm an alternative date and said I must ring the store and speak to the sales person who sold it to me. I did so but unsurprisingly the sales person had left the business. I spoke to someone else who was most helpful and accommodated my chosen date.
Delivery happened today an hour before scheduled and caught me in the shower but I got to the door in time. The delivery men/sofa constructors put the sofa together and left and only later when reading the maintenance brochure I realised they had not fitted two very important nuts and bolts that hold the base together, I would never have known if I had not watched them build the sofa. Luckily I had a couple of suitable nuts and bolts and fitted them myself, BUT it looks like the delivery men either don’t know their job or don’t care about doing it correctly. I hope whoever reads these comments, if indeed anyone other than AI does, brings this to the attention of the individuals concerned.

10/10 customer service and help specifically one member of staff Kseniia, who dealt with me and my partner over the course of 2-3 days, being super helpful and patient, continuously showing us new materials and colours for the sofa and also brought us tea and other drinks along the decision process.
We haven’t received our sofa yet but confident will be very happy due to all the help and support we had from the staff.

I was greeted upon entry and the setup was explained along with a quick chat about what i wanted. I was then left to browse without any pressure or interuption. When i had chosen the sofa and chair i wanted the salesman then explained the various materials and the pros and cons of them. I was able to make an informed decision and am very happy with the service, I hope the after sales service is just as good.
