Larry is very helpful and he assisted us so much. Giving us his full attention and time for our enquiries and clarification about the delivery, insurance, malfunction, repair etc.. He is an asset to the company.

I visited the store in dartford 26th March , quite impromptu looking for a rise recliner chair for my 86 year old Dad coming home from
A care home after 18 months . I was greeted by Em . From the moment she started talking I knew she knew her knowledge and she was so personable . ‘Em was so helpful and went out of her way to help me she was also great fun and made the experience as it should be in retail a pleasure .
I purchased a lovely chair for £700 .., if only nipped into town for some hot cross buns … thats an excellent salesperson and customer centric retailer in my opinion and I do have over 30 years of retail management

I recently ordered a sofa from SCS Dartford and the entire experience was exceptional. The range of designs and colours at SCS was impressive, and I found the perfect piece to match my home.
I also want to give a special mention to Em. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the options, materials, and delivery process.
I would highly recommend both SCS for their high-quality furniture and Em for her exceptional service. A seamless, pleasant experience in store and I can wait for the sofa to be delivered.

The settee arrived’nice and early in the morning of 24 march ; Had a call to say would be a 15 minutes delay.But wasn’t a problem:The problem came when the foot of the settee was broken when getting into the house:Can appreciate it was a very difficult angle:But these are professional :Very Apologetic and have said there will be some one here tomorrow to fix it :

Great furniture, great delivery!

We went to the Dartford branch twice; once to see the sofas, compare prices, and see the fabric for ourselves, and the other occasion to order 2 sofas. The salesmen were very friendly but not too pushy, and I would have given them a five star review.
But when I received the order by email, we noticed that the sofa legs hadn't been ordered with castors on them. The same day as we ordered the sofas, (20th January), I used the same email which the salesman had given us, to say that the sofas should have been ordered with castors.
I received no reply or acknowledgement, so 4 days later, I tried to phone scs, again using the number on the card which salesman had handed to us. In the morning, I hung on for around 45 minutes, and then hung up. I was reassured by the automatic message that scs would phone me back. After around 3 1/2 hours, I tried the same number again, because nobody had phone me. Again, I hung up because I got no reply, reassured by the automatic message that somebody would phone me. Now it's 11 days after our original order, and I have no reply to my email, and nobody has phone me. Who knows what the sofas will look like!

I was left to browse at my own pace. When j decided the guy in the whole was really nice and helpful.

Expect delivery dates to be cancelled. Waste time on phone only to be given incorrect information and sent back a forward to other departments unnecessarily. Don’t bother with contact forms/email, they never get answered. Customer services very poor and untrained and will give you the option to cancel as a solution

Greeted from entering the store and given full attention from start to finish. Assistant was friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer. I left feeling confident that I had made the right purchase. Assistant’s name was Larry.

Was very disappointed that we didn’t get free delivery as it was advertised on your website site and on tv at time of purchase. Advert VERY DECEIVING Need to be looked into 😡
