Arrived on time ,delivered and assembled,tested and given instructions how to use and maintain.

Callum at the Derby Kingsway store was very helpful when we asked questions but let us wander round on our own and didn’t push us.

We were worried about the colour melding in with the new carpet we have ordered so he suggested getting a sample of the carpet to test it out.

When we got back to the store he left us to decide on the carpet colour.
When we had decided he showed us what the suite n carpet would look like in different lighting.

Very helpful and definitely helped with our colour choice.

We even got a cup of coffee both times….

Great experience from when I visited the store & purchased my furniture to it being delivered.
I was kept updated throughout on progress of my furniture & when it was arriving for a good few days before delivery date & on the morning of delivery.
The guys who delivered my furniture were very friendly & polite, it didn’t take them very long at all & they made sure everything was ok before they left.

From the second we came through the door, we welcomed by Dominic. At no point were we pressured. We were given time and space to look around. We were given some excellent advice.
The whole experience was comfortable for us both.
As a consequence of this, we will definitely recommend yourselves to the people that we know.

I visited the store just looking not planning on buying at the moment. However the lady was extremely knowledgeable and went through the details thoroughly. I did order a settee and chair. The lady is a credit to your company.

Relaxed visit. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff (Aziz), ready to assist, answer our questions and offer suggestions.
We also had plenty of opportunity to wander around and browse at our own pace.

First of all as soon as walking into the showroom it smelt BEAUTIFUL

I explained what I was looking for due to my health conditions and that took me straight to what I needed and wanted.
I understand the furniture has to be made but I just wish it good be sooner than 3 months

Customer experience in store was good. Demonstrated chairs and listened to my needs. Chair I bought met all my needs. I was kept informed of a delivery date and on the day in tetms of timing. The delivery itself was ok but guys were uncommunicative and surly. No demonstration, no advice, nothing. I was underwhelmed by lack of courtesy

Any material/colour for any suite was a major decision for us to buy from you.
Very friendly staff.
Still haven’t decided weather or not to have the £350 for the additional warranty/insurance package. Seems a lot of money as we’ve previously been very disappointed by other deals from other shops in the past because they were a scam (not your shop). Your insurance package was too complicated to understand.

The whole experience from walking into the SCS store at Kingsway Derby to the delivery on Friday. Very professional service, friendly and helpful staff, great array of sofas to choose from. Would recommend SCS to everyone.

The delivery guys were friendly and put sofas together and in place we were informed when coming and everything was bang on very pleased.

Myself and my partner visited the kingsway Derby store. On the first visit extremely impressed by the salesman Ant. Very helpful and not at all pushy. Visited a few days later after deciding on model and colour. Ant assisted us in our purchase. Very happy with the service and ease of it all. He is a credit to the company. Would highly recommend. We bought two recliner armchairs and they are amazing. The sales team at Derby are wonderful. The time from ordering and delivery was 2 months but well worth the wait, don't be put off by that. The delivery men were friendly and set up our chairs where we needed them. They demonstrated the workings and the lumber section is bliss, at 81 and 82 just what we needed. The price was so much less than buying from a mobility shop and much more comfortable. Thank you so much x
